The real question is why are we holding up a supreme court nomination based on something brought up (that can't be corroborated by any other witnesses) by a disgraced Senator who employed a Chinese spy for decades knowingly or unknowingly? This question coming from someone who isn't even a big fan of Kavanaugh. I think there are better choices than him but that is besides the point right now.

The other question is why isn't Feinstien being investigated to determine how much she knew about this spy and how much infirmation this spy actually got from her?

Judge has his own credibility problems... but currently he has made numerous statements about his past being a blackout drunkard.. including mentions of Kavanaugh in his 'memoirs'. He's lawyered up, tried to clean up his 'social media' (which was disgusting), and doesn't want to testify. They may have to subpoena him. Rumor has it the WH is concerned about more stuff that may be coming out, and they may be prepared to drop him in a few days. Like I said, it would be in their best interests to cut him loose and get someone Dems would have a hard time arguing about.
