Hi everyone , hope that you all having a good day

So i have a question about the evidence of relationship , we started doing our k1 visa packge because my fiance work all the day he don't have enough time to do it , so i'm doing it I was wondering if i did a screenshot of our messages and calls  with my phone it's going to affect our visa ?  because they will know that i did it by the names and the pictures ? is that ok !

thank you everyone ☺️

that is ok, to answer your question. I do remind you, that screenshots and other calls, are the least important in the evidence list. I would say the least in priority. Concentrate on proof of having met with boarding passes, immigration stamps for both of you, luggage tags, hotel, restaurants, other type of venues, credit card receipts and such. Pictures and screenshots are ok, but they have very little weight. Hope this helps

How does this work to provide receipts of restraurants and hotels? We went to 3 different hotels, but I booked everything, so there was always only my name on it and "guest" or "1 other person" - same also for train tickets. And tickets of events like a Tennis Cup, there were no names at all.

Thanks for your help :)

Airline tickets, boarding passes, hotel receipts, pictures together, with friends and family, and passport stamps. These are only few of the heavy evidences of the relationship that you can provide to include in your packet.

You can always ask them to use both of your names on the receipts, that what we did especially in the hotels and restaurants. They did it gladly with no hassles. Just ask them.

my largest issue is that he is 'too busy' to fill it out. that does not sit right with me. but ok.

boarding passes, passport stamps, photos are all solid evidence. things do not have to have both your names on them.
