Both, after years of long distance relationship and so close to the end unfortunately we are breaking up.

Actually i was afraid to have problems with the US consulate in the furure if i ever want to get a tourist visa. I heard that they just put a stamp on the visa to concel it.

And i want to known what  are the administrative risks if i just dont use it.

Yes if you go to the embassy they are going to put a stamp on your k1 visa that is in your passport. They will do this either if you decided to go there now to have it canceled, or the day you go request a tourist visa. No expert but if you decide to not use it but don't request for it to be canceled there might be more questions asked at the tourist visa interview.

Can someone please tell me how can my girlfriend get an algerian visa to visit me?

She just needs to apply. She needs to list u and your family as her point of contact on the application. Also provide printed booked hotel itinerary with the application. Inbox more details on how I did my app as I have a multi entry visa.
