So you are taking stuff basically as a comfort blanket and nothing wrong with that, put it an envelope in your carry on, do not volunteer anything the chance of you being asked anything more than the stand 2 or 3 questions is very small

Yeah it’s just to be safe in case they would ask for more. I won’t volunteer All the paper work I have with me to them but just so that my story and everything else is backed up by proof.
I hope everything will go smoothly

Looking at poster flags, this works for USA-"friendly" countries only.

Prove me wrong. :)

They let French in.

Yeah it’s mainly for people who have an ESTA so USA “friendly” countries

its difficult even for USA “friendly” countries citizens to get a tourism visa while already in process for the k-1. That doesn’t change.

The answer is yes, visits are allowed. But whether you will actually be admitted lies entirely in the hands of the officer questioning you upon entry.

So if someone is denied entry, my understanding is that it can go one of two ways:

1. The alien is permitted to withdraw the application to enter the U.S.

2. The alien is given an expedited removal.

Is this correct?

Because they found out you are a major drug smuggler? That would be a yes

I mean if they deny you only just because you have a pending I-129f visa, but a clean record. Does that affect greencard possibilities

See below.

If you are you are permitted to withdraw your application to enter the USA, no problem.

If you  are given an expedited removal, then that seems like a problem.

My comment questions the entire premise of this thread. So far no one has addressed it.

I would like to know this as well. I'm not sure causes a expedited over a withdraw, maybe if you have a suspicious past or something, idk

I wanted to contribute our experience to the thread. Fiancée came in via Newark, NJ. Great experience, wished her a pleasant time. Only a couple of questions like where she was staying, how long (five weeks). We had prepared a short document with NOA1 and.2 and projected timeline to interview 😀
Not going to lie though I was very stressed until she told me she was through.
