I just sent my RFE reply. I have been on the phone with tier 2 and my Senator's office. I have much to say but I am going to wait until I cool off. I will be taking a break from VJ for awhile...

been waiting for exactly 6 months now 183 days, and still not yet approved  Ive been following this thread and quietly reading your comments congratulations to all that got their approvals before christmas! ❤️

 

i just want to know whats the new site and the old site? ive been logged in to the uscis case tracker but i dont understand what is new and old site. i just want to check it out too on the site, just to make sure? 😭😭

 

i am June 11. California service center.

Im hoping i will get my approval day by day.

Im hoping i will get my approval day by day. 

I'm June 12th, I've read that:

 

1. Looks like they are working like last come first approved, lol

2. The apps or website are not showing progress, people is getting news on the physical  mail

 

Si maybe we'll get approved next year (I'm hopeless now)

I wonder if they are phasing out the old site. I haven't seen many people that have had approvals show up on the old site.

We got RFE through old website and on the new website no changes. In general I can't see any logic how do they work with cases and websites...

Geez, I got the notification on Friday 12/7 that my I-129F was approved from the new website and the old website still says received. Maybe their philosophy is to just see how much they can confuse everyone. I can see them sitting around and when they need to send something they spin a wheel with 3 areas New Site, Old Site, Neither just send it through the mail.

Yeah, while NOA1 was texted, emailed and mailed out as a paper copy... Now guys we must be happy to have gotten so far where we are

NOA1 etc I believe originates from TX Lockbox facility, which seem to have a very clear and streamlined procedure about what do. All other updates happen via CSC, and I am guessing they were told something like this

I agree. The numbers don’t make sense. People in July already approved. I wish they had a progress bar: case received - case assigned to adjunctor - background check submitted- background check cleared... Or something so that we know something is happening!

Hello Guys, Should I be worried if online we are approved in our NOA2 but untill now e ha ent receieve any mail. Is that normal?.Our NOA2 got approved Nov.20 but no mail yet or letter

Yes that's normal. Usually it will take 3-6 weeks for the letter to arrive.
