Natalie is "intense" ... but Mike is worse.   All of us who've been through the K1 visa process knows that Mike had to attest to USCIS that Natalie was his FIANCE, to marry in 90 days.   Since she arrived -- he refuses to have any serious conversation about wedding plans.  Clearly he is still upset about her giving the ring back so He's toying with her - which naturally creates insecurity.    Who wouldn't be upset if their supposed fiance shut-down every time a wedding conversation is brought up?

 

Mike is a man-child and shouldn't have gone through with the K1.   If he had doubts about marrying Natalie - they should have worked out the issues before she came to the US.

It's interesting. After the latest episode, I have kind of changed my mind about Mike. I thought his poop didn't stink too bad, and then the way he acted in that shop towards her, and his utter lack of concern about leading her just grossed me out. I think they are both terrible but Mike's mom is the best! So sympathetic and she really got through to Natalie, and made Natalie feel heard and listened to, which Mike isn't really doing. She needs to go home -- they should not get married.

As a seasoned veteran watcher of 90DF ... I remember season 4:  Matt and Alla - she also was from Ukraine.  She was questioned by Matt's best friend (who thought Alla was a gold digger) "Do you even love Matt?"   Alla stammered and said she didn't know - which caused lots of drama.   What this seems to demonstrate --- in the Ukrainian culture women don't flippantly throw around "I love you" ... they view love as a result of much time and effort invested into a relationship - a destination to be reached,  not the shot of a starter's gun beginning the race.   So I don't put much weight into Natalie's uncertainty of "love".   Giving the ring back was her acting out ... very immature.   Agreed.

Completely get that. He should have ended it then. I understand it's different with some cultures with saying "I love you" but giving the ring back.... ooooooooo. No. End it.

Where do you guys watch the show, directly through TLC? We saw some seasons and spin-offs through Hulu, but they didn't have a complete collection of this mother of all real life telenovelas. We don't have a TV, just various streaming services.

 

Sometimes I tell myself I don't want follow these train wrecks, but yet end up watching the show 😉

This episode was way too dull to have waited two weeks for. I have some... thoughts but I am still collecting them in full. In the meantime, did you know Stephanie has an OnlyFans where she does interesting things on request? I learned this on the subreddit for 90DF today and I was like, hoooooooeeeeee.

Mike needs to grow up and break up with Natalie. Its just so painful to watch. She is delusional and he is just horrible. I hate their segments.

 

Yara, Julia and Amira need to run. Where do they find these guys? They are smart, educated, strong and pretty, so WHY?

 

Tarik and Hazel are so boring but at least they seem like a functioning couple. 

 

Rebeca and Zied also seem functional but Rebeca needs some serious self esteem or her insecurities and lack of self respect are going to hurt Zied.

Does anyone's foreign spouse get upset with you, the USC for watching 90 Day Fiance? Reason why I'm asking is my wife thinks it's basically showing a bad rep for all foreigners coming into the U.S. and finds it offensive.  I respect her feeling, but just wanted to hear from others.

Yes, and to be honest I have to wonder how much is real and how much is scripted.
