Hey guys. I just checked your timelines and we all have the same NOA 1 date. April 25. Probably our cases are being handled by the same adjudicator. VJ estimation said that our case may be adjudicated Oct 31 until Nov 7 though. I need to buy more stocks of patience lol.

Hope we will hear from them soon this week!

Hahaha I need a lot of patience, the wait is crazy!😥😭

Does anyone know how complicated the process can be if my fiancé was already married and his ex-wife was a Latina and also got benefits by marrying him? They separated 3 years ago!

As long as they are legally divorced not at all. I was married to a jordanian and brought him to the u.s. and did all the way from visa to citizenship and engaged to another jordanian 12 years younger. Noa2 aproved waiting on nvc. Good luck! Hope this gives you hope. Also was married 15 years ago to a Brazilian student visa to greencard. Married total of 3 years then.

Does anyone know of a case that was denied?  And because of what reason?

Thank You and Best Wishes,

Chris

I have not see any yet. However, I have talked with my fiance about "What if..." scenarios if we do get a denial. I am waiting on a response back about my RFE and hope it is an approval but I also like to plan for the worst as well and plan for the "What if's..." as well..
