Anyone with an April priority date receive their EAD/AP combo card without expediting? Anyone know what date is the latest approval without expediting? Thank you!

I don't think anyone got it yet. Waiting times are 4.5 to 6.5 months so even if somebody has priority date at the beginning of April the 4.5 months will be mid August.

How long did it take to get your card once they contacted you to fax the job offer?  My wife has an offer and we made the expedite request, now just waiting for them to request our documents.

Same here. It had been 2 weeks since I put in a request to expedite, and they didn't request any evidence just yet.:( The case status hasn't changed as well.

I feel your pain.  We got sick of waiting so contacted our Congressman to intervene, you should do the same!

Chances are they've sent you a mail requesting evidence. Give them a few more days.

What evidence did you send ? Did you have a job offer ?

I just expedited a week ago and they are supposed to call me but nobody called. Did USCIS call you ? Thanks

I was working with my OPT EAD card before so I got terminated due the new EAD hasn't arrived yet. So my evidence was the termination letter and the explanation of possible reemployment once I've received new EAD.

No they never told me they'd call me and they never called me.

We have been sitting on "Ready To be Scheduled" since May 21st... :( In looking at how quickly some of the February/March filers moved, I was hoping we would at least have an interview letter by now.

May 15 here for the ready to be scheduled.

Hello! My I-485 is the only one that shows updates, the other ones just show that they have been received. I am a little bit frustrated!

Someone Filling from Houston?

Hi yes we are in Houston and about the same. Had biometrics early May and status is still 'As of May 18, 2018, we completed our review of your fingerprints and are working on your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status'.......

So we wait.

Hey April Filers :)

All 3 of our cases (AOS,AP,EAD) were received on April 4th.

I done my biometrics sometime in May and the case tracker currently states - “My finger print review was completed May 25th”

Anyone else with the same kind of time line/info?  Is the next step scheduling an interview?

Not being able to work is driving me insane!

Also - I was lucky/unlucky enough to be able to go home for 18 days back in April on emergency parole so I got to see my family then. However, it would be nice to have the ability to leave whenever.

Side note - if anyone wants info on how I managed to get emergency advanced parole, i’d be happy to share! Lots of people think it’s impossible to get, but it’s not.

Dont get me wrong - I knew exactly what I signed up for! But... I’m still going to moan about it! Haha

Hope you’re all well!

my case was received april 6. done my biometrics on may 8th. and case is ready for interview since may 14. no update since then😔

We’re similar. Received April 13. Bio done first week in May.  BUT... ours only says, fingerprint fee received and case received.

Absolutly nothing about completed biometrics at all.

called the USCIS hotline and it says our 765 is is in Missouri at the National Benefits Center.

No clue where the 485 and 131 are.

Really trying to stay positive but it’s very difficult as no one at USCIS can tell us anything.

How are you finding life since being here in the US in regards to not working/being able to leave? 🙂
