So on the old website of USCIS, my received date is Oct. 27th. The app also says Oct. 27th.

On the new website, "submitted date" is Oct. 31st. On my hard copy NOA1 says Oct. 27th is my received date the 31st is my notice date.

For your scan, I believe I should follow the date Oct. 27th, am I correct?
