Easy entry. Even though she was carrying improbably large bags, there was no customs inspection. Immigration processing was easy and quick. |

I will write a report in the Office Reviews section. Fingerprints taken on 30 May. Rec'd notice on 7 June that we needed to re-take the fingerprints on 28 June, when we would be on vacation. I wrote them on 14 June requesting a new date. They notified us on 12 July that we were to come back on 1 August. We had fingerprints taken a second time on 1 August.
Interview on 17 Sep was enjoyable and thorough. We were told we were all set and to expect green card. 3 days later received an RFE for a better immunization record. Did a new physical and submitted a new and complete I-693. Approval came quickly after. Status updates: 7 Oct: "Card has been ordered." 8 Oct: "I-485 Approved." 9 October: "Card has been mailed." |

EAD was sent back on 6 May because: 1. we used the wrong version of the application form. (NB: they change the version often. Don't let this happen to you!), and 2: The payment amount was incorrect, even though the I-765 was sent along with the rest of the AOS packet. She doesn't really need to work right now, so rather than try to fight that particular fight, we decided to wait for the Green Card and let this one go. |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
