Hi, our packet was delivered on 5th (sent on 3rd) and no noa1 so far :(.  I know it takes a longer time for some people, I guess we are just not lucky!

I also sent ours on February 6, delivered to the Dallas lockbox on February 9th.  No notice yet & my check has not yet cleared my bank (as of this morning). 

It's good to know that we are together!

Hello everyone! We sent our packet in on January 30th and got a confirmation sent on the 6th that they received it on February 1st. Hopefully the journey is short for everyone <3

My Petition was delivered to USCIS on Thursday (2/8/2018) and I'm eagerly waiting for USCIS to cash my check so that I can feel a little relieved that I didn't miss anything when filing my I-129F petition.

 

It's funny but never have I ever wanted $535 gone from my checking account this bad :D:D

lol this is funny and right :) we are on the same boat - I can see notification coming today or tomorrow - fingers crossed

Feb 9th: rcvd hard copy of NOA1

Aug. 28th Notified of RFE being mailed

Sept. 1st received hard copy of RFE in the mail

Sept. 4th mailed response to RFE

Sept. 10th received txt that my response to RFE was received

Oct. 10th Received txt that we were approved (NOA2) 30days after RFE response

Oct. 13th received hard copy of NOA2

Oct. 31st case arrived at NVC

Nov 2nd received case number

Nov. 19th Case is "ready" to schedule an interview

Feb. 14th Interview (2019) APPROVED!!!!!!

We sent off all of our information on the 31/01/2018. 

They got it on the 02/02/2018 and today, 13/02/2018, we just received the text to say it’s been accepted and being routed to the California centre!! Exciting times :D!!

Yaay! So happy for you! We got it too, yesterday (13/02).

And I am sure today and tomorrow we will have some nice news from the rest of you guys :). Fingers crossed!

Now, I have 2 questions: do I know our NOA1 date now or have to wait for the hard copy to check it?

And how do I find my local office? (I am a total newbie).

Why do you need local office?

 

go to uscis website and check your status it will show you the received date. All k1 goes to California service center by the way not to a local office.
