Hi everyone,

Im sure this question has been asked already and i apologise in advanced but, my fiance (beneficiary) and i should be approved soon, hoping at least. Feb 20th new site and Feb 16 old site.. Anyway, we want to know what we can do to start creating his binder as to what he will take to his interview in London. He has his police cerificate. Vaccine history from his doctors office and i have my 2017 tax transcripts. Im wondering as to what we need from both ends, that way we can be prepared. Much appreciated🌸🌞😊

A TON of information and help there.

Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

I’m just curious, for those people who called did you do the recorded updates? I called today and went through the prompts and got the recorded status update which just said we received your case on February 13th. Would an operator know more than that? Should I call again Monday since it seems people past my date got a better update from a live person? I know no one actually knows the answer to this. The wait is just pure torture!

We have the same date. Did you receive an email from them saying they last took action last August 8? Because I did and still no update till now. My fiance won't call till we reach the out of processing time period, so just in case you'll try to call again, would you be so kind to share us what you will find?  Thank you.

I called yesterday because I have never received any notifications via email nor text (even earlier when I put in for a request for an expedite).  Tier 1 agent had no information. I asked her if she could tell if my case has even been touched.  She said she could not (seemed a little irritated - I'm guessing she gets that question all day long).  She offered to transfer me to Tier 2 agent.  I said sure.  2 hrs later Agent Jones called me back.  Regarding the notifications, she told me to double check my settings in my profile.  Told her I've triple checked.  I then asked her if she could check the status of my application, if anyone has even touched it.  She asked to put me on a brief hold.  She came back a few minutes later and said she could put in a service request for a status update.  She created the request and gave me my request number and said I should hear something by September 6.  So this put a couple questions in my mind.  What did she find when she put me on hold? (Did she find nothing, or did she see that my case really hasn't been touched).  Second, what will this service request do for me? (Get someone to finally work it, or nothing).  I'll let you know how this all plays out, but it makes a person think.
