Yes, I would do what you have said here for sure. It's better to organise it in a way that makes sense - the next person who looks at your application is probably not the same one who sent it back.

We sent our entire package in a very thin envelope with just 3 clips - one holding each of AOS, EAD and AP. We didn't use any staples but did use small paper clips to group the forms with multiple pages.

I am actually beginning to wonder myself if people who apply only for AOS (no kids on application, no AP, no EAD etc) get processed slightly quicker.

yes, I hope to convince my husband that reorganising and clips are a good idea!

But you have biometrics already and it's for March which I know you wanted! Great!!!

ROC:  Received Jan 25 2021    NOA 1: February 25 2021 (LIN/Nebraska).    BIOMETRICS: April 30  2021
APPROVED: June 23 2021     CARD DELIVERED:   June 30 2021

AOS:          Received Date:  April 2      NOA 1:  April 5 2018
Biometrics:  April 27  Fingerprint Review Was Completed:  April 30
Case Ready to be scheduled: May 3
( that update only showed up in August! after being notified about EAD&AP )
EAD&AP  We approved your case:  August 8   /  In the mailbox:  August 16 2018
Interview   -    March 14 2019    (
Notice Date:  February 1)  -   Approved!

RFIE's don't delay biometrics. Biometrics are scheduled and processed independently from RFIEs

Article on CNN says

"It is true that we've issued more RFEs recently. This increase reflects our commitment to protecting the integrity of the immigration system," said USCIS Director Lee Francis Cissna. "We understand that RFEs can cause delays, but the added review and additional information gives us the assurance we are approving petitions correctly."

Am I the only one who has 02/22 as a delivery date for the UPS address and haven't heard anything yet? It seems like most of you who sent their papers after us already got their NAO1. I already feel stressed out and unlucky for this process 😩

Hi just curious where to check status online for AOS, AP and EAD? Is it the same place we check our petition status and same USCIS receipt number starting with WAC? Thanks a lot

AO even showed some initiative and scheduled an infopass appt to knock out the biometrics. got it scheduled for 3/20. Then today we got our appt letter for biometrics for 3/19. Beat us by a day and at an office only 40 minutes from home as opposed to 2 1/2 hours. Any idea if you can ask them questions about timelines and such while you’re there?
