You don't need either for the interview. (I don't know if there's something embassy specific. But still noa1 means nothing but that they got your petition sot hats definitely not needed)

but you'll need noa2 for the AOS. (If lost can be asked from uscis.)

Thanks @Naes!!! :)

I know I can Google this but I just want to make sure ... Question ...

What do I need for the Interview? (Based from experience.)

Here is what I know so far:

* My Birth Certificate.

* NBI Clearance.

* CENOMAR.

* Passport.

* Affidavit Support (I-134).

* Most Recent Federal Income Tax Return Form 1040.

* Certification of Employment.

 Sponsor’s 3 months most recent Pay Stubs/Slips.

* Three (3) 2×2 Colored Visa Photos.

Check this with your EMBASSY.

They would have more knowledge of your birth certificates, show them a copy if possible of that, and the passport, and ask their advice.  USCIS themselves will be useless for advice on this matter, but your own embassy could be helpful AND at the end of the day, they are the ones who will actually handle your passport.

Thanks for your help. I will try calling tomorrow and see what i get.

I would say get the passport fixed.  You want to send as clean a case to your embassy as you could.

Thanks for the help. I think I will call the embassy and see what they say and then go from there. It takes up to 3 months to get a new passport there.

That's because you're only looking at your date. 12th is in the similar situation...

they did good progress in may too, please stay strong just a bit more 🤞🤞

Tomorrow is another day starting another week. I pray and hope that the heavens open and it rains success for all of us. 8 months ago i started this process and i am still amazed at how I still am in one piece most days.

That's pretty much it, plus your DS-160, MRV receipt and interview appointment confirmation. And evidence of ONGOING relationship.

Thanks @Tony and Tillie and @Naes!

So just paid the fee,  I'm trying to go through my DS-160, in the first part where it's asking for the Surname, should I include my Middle Name too? (And I just ticked "Does not Apply" for the "Full Name in Native Alphabet" and "National Identification Number")

I hope I'm doing this right.

Hi everyone! I have a question I was hoping someone might be able to answer. My understanding is that once you have your K1 visa in hand, you have a max of 6 months to enter the US. I was wondering if there was any time limit in the stage prior to that. That is, from the moment the embassy receives the documentation from NVC and up until you have your interview, how much time can elapse? is there a time limit at all? Thanks in advance for your help! :)

The visa expires 6 month from the medical exam.

noa2 is only valid for 4 months and either you need to schedule your interview before that or extend the validation by contacting your embassy.
