Yes she is with me we sent all evidences we have and we wait their reply how much this will take

Without more details (what they asked for, what you sent, what the NOIR specifically says) we cannot really give you much advice, unfortunately.

Hi,  we started all the process for visa to bring my husband on November 2015, USCIS and they aproved the case on January 24, 2016, I collected all evidences for NVC I sent on June 2016 he got his interview on August 21, 2016, that day we got that 221G, same day of his interview i called to consulate Casablanca they told we had to wait 60 days, i kept calling and always i just get a machine answering, finally at 69 days some human taked the call, he told me my case was sent back to USCIS without any explanation, he said you need wait 20 to 30 days until papers arrive and 45 days until they verify your case, then USCIS told the waiting was 6 to 12 month, then i find out that was not true, we not knew nothing during more than one year case status just showed casa was receI've back on december 24 2017 until finally on October 2, 2017 our case status changed it said we was supose to receive the NOIR and we had just 30 days to reply, our deadline was November 4, 2017.  Right now our case status just say that they received our response to the NOIR on November 3, 2017, we are now on December 8, more than a month and the status not changed, what's next?

I think what everyone is trying to say is if you want advice you need to say why specifically you got denied. So what was listed on the 221g? A photo of it would be best.

What reason did the NOID mention as cause for visa refusal ?
What items did they request from you ?
What items did you send ?

It will take a bit longer for USCIS to either reaffirm the petition and send it again to the embassy where your spouse will get another interview
if USCIS was satisfied with your NOID response.
If not then USCIS will deny the petition.
 

Without knowing what the NOID requested and what you send we won't know your chances.

Ouss as far as how long you wait. No one can say. It depends on what they need to investigate look at. I have seen NOIR reaffirmed as fast as 2 weeks. And I have seen NOIR take months to 13 months sitting at USCIS. All you can do is wait until you hear from USCIS and they will notify you if it's a reaffirm or not. If it is your petition goes back to embassy and another interview will be scheduled.
