No they’re not on November.

Oh no it's not on Igor's list its on the normal K1 Statistics timeline where you can search via NOA2 filter. You will see there they show which people received the NOA2 and what dates.

Could you please tell me where you found this? It's so exciting! I was looking through "Processing Status: Igor's list" and I didn't see it there. Was excited that they were processing October applications last week, but now they're on November?? Super Exciting!!

http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/k1list.php?cfl=0&op1=5&op2=&op3=1&op4=5&op5=5,6,8,10,11,13,14,15,16,17,18,20,21,22,25,26,27,28,108,110,111,208,210,211&op6=All&op66=All&op7=All&dfile=No&adv=0

Look at the bottom. I see some people get the NOA2 and only update a bit later so yes the November is true.

Umm I know. However do you think having a case approval in the middle of the month means a month started?? As you can also see there are weird random approvals from the same November 16 dates. We don’t know the reason but that was the only date it happened and continuously happens but unless you see a continuous approval through dates it won’t mean a month started.

also funny this person created the account and timeline on April 2 and that’s also the last entry.....

I agree my Lawyer also said that the Visa Journey is not 100% accurate. So you can not rely on other people's entries. You just have to wait for the real thing to happen and that is when you have your notice at hand. But still interesting to see how the process speeds up from time to time. Even 19 October seems bizarre to me but hey we just have to stay positive and keep the positive energy going.

Could it be one of those special cases? I've heard that some cases are expedited?

No I mean it happened there are a good number of approvals on November 16. This is not vj info this is confirmed information. However it does not mean they started November.

october 19 info is a whole different situation by the way. they are on received date oct. 17 right now again this is not vj info. If you’re interested in these you should follow previous months to know what’s going on.

on another note, most lawyers has no idea when it comes to this process’ timelines.

I agree with Naes here. There's official channels to get the information, like both websites and the apps that run off it. They don't give the whole picture cause there are (or were since the new website) a lot of silent NOA-2's. Visajourney is more accurate cause we can filter out the expedited cases and our members are pretty diligent with updating their information. So the silent NOA-2's get registered here. But VJ is not the whole picture either cause we don't have all the visa applicants on VJ, it is just a cross section. You will get the most complete picture of you combine both sets of information. Members like Naes, who have been around for a while and dove deep into the data behind the estimates given here on VJ, have a pretty clear picture of how the application process works. And even to them its a maddening rollercoaster of inconsistencies.

Omg guys can I get some prayers coming my way please. I am currently selling the house I had with my ex and we are having a real hard time with it due to several problems (e.g. a pit the size of an office building in our back yard due to stopping all construction and demolition activities by the city because we found asbestos in cellars that previous owner didn't disclose upon selling to us, and yes the asbestos is still there). I'm afraid we have to sell it for way less than what the mortgage on it is, putting me up to my neck up in debt before moving to America. Not the grand start to my new life I had hoped for.

but we got a new offer on the house today and its almost exactly the amount we need. So please keep us in your thoughts and prayers that this offer comes through.

Oh no that's not good! Keep your head up, hopefully everything goes smoothly and you guys can sell it without stress. Praying for you! Good luck :)
