Timeline has moved up again! :D

These are the little things that make me happy.

Day 120 today. Another 60 to go till NOA-2 And hopefully our halfway point in the k1 process!

That’s good to know! Mine moved up as well ☺️, I’d been trying to keep myself occupied with other things, goodluck to all of us! Hoping and praying the day goes by quickly then next thing we’ll know it’s the December files the adjudicator starts working on.

So far I'm confident about my application. I made 1 visit after submitting the application. Once were approved (Crossing my fingers) im wondering if I should have my fiancé bring in additional documents from my 2nd trip. Im still uo in the air about visiting him next month as well. Im hesitant because I want to also take a trip when if he gets approved to come here with him. I don't want to use all my vacation hours on this May trip.

Yeah our time is right around the corner, it seems near but yet so far lol. I’ve seen mine before moved a day ahead then returned a day, its just recently it keeps on moving forward which is really nice to see but let’s keep in mind the VJ timeline is only based on people who created an accounted and updated their info in here.

Would be really nice to get the approval on or before the estimated date (in my case between 8th and 12th of June), I’m trying to be very chill, limiting my self on watching the dates to avoid any disappointment. I’ve seen cases that got approved on or few days before their estimated date whilst some waited way too long. Our packet was received on 1st of Dec, this date has a big volume of filers around 308 files last time I checked. Uggghhh keeping my positivity and sanity in line lol.

My fiancé made another trip to see me couple of months after submitting our application. Will see him again when it’s time for me to come home with him (yay!!! We’ll fly together, more luggage space for me 😂 lol)

If you have enough vacation hour plus resources to see him next month then why not, even if it’s a quick trip every opportunity to spend time with your love is a blessing. You may also consider flying to him when he’s already approved so you two fly together to the states. Hope you figure out soonest your plan.

Hello Everyone!

Finally finished with January to March! And cleaned it up and everything :D

I will lastly try to wrap up April before I leave for Turkey in May!

So here goes recent numbers first :

Please note that days with little to no approval update has Silent NOA2s.

Lately most silent noa2s are updated ONLY on the new website.

Please check for personal status updates on both websites; new website usually has backdated updates to the previous day around 4am-6am PST the next day!

Old website, same info as apps: https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do

New website need to log in: https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov

Weekly Overall - all movement

June     July      Aug      Sept         Oct     Total
04/16/18 9 19 31 84 71 214
04/17/18 2 8 23 25 51 109
04/18/18 17 22 39 51 118 247
04/19/18 20 23 31 66 181 321
04/20/18 4 5 3 5 15 32
Total 52 77 127 231 436 923

Weekly Overall - Approvals Only

June     July     Aug     Sept      Oct      Total
04/16/18 7 6 12 38 47 110
04/18/18 12 9 29 23 79 152
04/19/18 14 12 18 34 102 180
04/20/18 1         1
Total 34 27 59 95 228 443

Monthly Situation:

 For newcomers:

Excluded are the cases nobody needs to think about here. (Rejected at the beginning)

Approvals on non-active months are 99% expedite cases (yes we do have a weird happening in November for only cases on November 16... don't know why, don't know how...unless you want to believe you'll be that 1 out of 4000 and get disappointed I would suggest going with the obvious logic)

Touched means the case is no longer has the "case received" status..something updated like name or birthdate or address, or got an rfe....

Virgin are cases that are "never been touched" (and yes it is all about Like a Virgin cause it still rings in my head) so simply "case received". But I got so tired of seeing case received on the website... I am not using that!

Cases that looks "Virgin" in previous months other than Active

Not all cases get updated on the old site, this number (same as "Case tracker app" numbers) will only show those. June had plenty of cases that got Silent NOA2s and we are still having them highly. I suggest cutting at least 30-40% of Virgin cases to guess real numbers. However, this does not mean nobody is waiting from these months, Even just on VJ we have friends still waiting from June.

Every case is different and not all cases with the same date will be adjudicated at once.

  Monthly Numbers:

Active Month : October

Last date touched : October 26th (Received date)

Expected November start : April 26 - 27

* December cases are not total due to validation errors. I would expect an extra 200-300 cases on the month.

This is also the reason why December cases are not up to date. If your case had validation error and it resolved please let me know.

@Naes thank you for all your hard work and for this update. I’ve read many helpful info from you from previous months forum.

December filer here (received 01 Dec), already made an account on old and new website. Fidgeting  my fingers as I wait lol.

Goodluck to your travel and enjoy your time in Turkey.

@Frag01 currently vj estimated timeline to adjudication is 08th and 12th June, when I first updated my info it’s 14th and 19th June, around end March to early April the dates keep changing some days 12th, 11th or 10th. I’ve checked your profile but can’t see your timeline.

Hi there, I’m sorry but that’s not accurate.

Unfortunately, 145 days is incorrect with your NOA date.

If you received your NOA1 on 15th Dec 2017 it has an actual count of 128 days and not 145. Sorry to point that out LOL 😝
