Hi everyone, 

filed on 2017 December 5th. Accepted DEC 8th, now just waiting. 

also, my receipt number doesn't work, keeps telling me no information or wrong number. However, i called and they said i was sent to Texas service center, they know this cause of the first 3 letters. so 7 months i guess for texas... we should all get some news on may-august. sucks but hey, once its all done at least its permanent.

12/26/2017 (Tuesday) NOA-1 (I-797C) was received.

06/07/2018 (Thursday) NOA-2 was APPROVED. 172 days.

06/11/2018 (Monday) NOA-2 was delivered by USPS to my home address.

06/22/2018 (Friday) Our case was sent to the U.S. Department of State (DOS) for visa processing (NVC)

7 people in Nebraska (so far).

9 people in Texas (so far)

9 people in Potomac (so far).

 

Processing time I-130 for USC:

April 14 - Nebraska

April 29 - Potomac.

July 02 - Texas

 

Texas is moving faster so far.

Hellow everyone!  First post.  I filed a petition for my wife Alia.  Mailed I-130 on 11/30/2017, and our priority date is 12/04/2017.

 

Adding my story to the worksheet, and normalizing some of the spacing that had gotten misaligned through many copy paste exercises.  Also making it a bit more machine readable.

I would prefer to not track this data via forum posting at all.  It should be in a Google sheet like many previous month threads have done.  I'll work on setting it up.

  • March 2016 - began dating in Jakarta, Indonesia
  • February 2017 - engagement in Jakarta, Indonesia
  • July 2017 - married in Jakarta, Indonesia
  • December 2017 - I-130 Filed, priority date 04Dec2017
  • ERROR - As of February 20, 2017 Case Number still cannot be found in USCIS system

September 2, 2011: AOS invoice received, OPTIN email for EP sent
September 7, 2011: Paid AOS bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 9, 2011)
September 8, 2011: OPTIN email accepted, GZO number assigned
September 10, 2011: Emailed AOS package
September 12, 2011: IV bill invoiced
September 13, 2011: Paid IV bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 14, 2011)
September 14, 2011: Emailed IV package
October 3, 2011: Emailed checklist response (checklist generated due to typo on Form DS-230)
October 6, 2011: Case complete at NVC
November 10, 2011: Interview - APPROVED!!!
December 7, 2011: POE - Sea-Tac Airport

September 17, 2013: Mailed I-751 to CSC

September 23, 2013: Received NOA1 in mail (receipt date September 19th)

October 16, 2013: Biometrics Appointment

January 28, 2014: Production of new Green Card ordered

February 3, 2014: New Green Card received; done with USCIS until fall of 2023*

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

12/18/2017 (Monday) PRIORITY DATE

12/20/2017 (Wednesday) Received text and email that my case has been accepted and routed to the USCIS Texas Service Center for processing

12/21/2017 (Thursday) Check was cashed. NOA-1 (I-797C) was sent to me by USCIS via USPS.

12/26/2017 (Tuesday) NOA-1 (I-797C) was received.

06/07/2018 (Thursday) NOA-2 was APPROVED. 172 days.

06/11/2018 (Monday) NOA-2 was delivered by USPS to my home address.

06/22/2018 (Friday) Our case was sent to the U.S. Department of State (DOS) for visa processing (NVC)

Yeah.... I can't check my case status either it's so frustrating....
