It is incorrect. They haven’t finished April or May yet and they still have all of June, July and onwards to do. Sorry guys but you’re in for a long wait.

See, that's what I'm assuming but what I really want to do is cling to the idea that by some miraculous event they've finally split the processing with at least one of center and have sent June - August there and are now doing September in Cali

There hasn’t been any news to suggest they’ve split everything again. It would be nice but I’m not holding hope for that. 

 

They have started to go a little faster from the numbers we’re seeing in the May thread so by the time it comes to August and after it should be quicker again!

@emylady, Even if it's a clerical error on the website I don't think it should as long of a waiting time anymore since they should be picking up some progress when this H1B reform ####### blows over.

How people know that is incorrect,what if is correct, I was reading few days ago that California center was not doing K-1 in August because Haiti humanitarian  program,maybe they r doing few months in same time now

I don't think they really give many details about those kinds of things though. Even on that page dedicated for updates of where they are processing shows a disclaimer that it's subject to updates without notification.

I agree with @Kat123. Idk what's right or wrong because they don't update us properly. No one knows unless they work there or for a high enough level in the government and has an actual interest in this. I follow the April & May threads very closely (I lurk a lot lol) & I've seen just a few minutes ago someone was approved since Nov 6th and you know how she found out? She had to call and go back forth with them til she they told her and their excuse was that the tracker wasn't updated. I don't know their process for updating their tracking, as a matter of fact I don't know anything about their side of the process. All I can do is make speculations and give myself and other hope because at the end of the day even if the process takes longer than we want it to, it's hope that helps us pass the time until we can be together permanently with our significant other

Seriously, stalking this USCIS will definitely give me migraines. My Fiance (USC) isn't much concerned as he believes that we are alright and we will be together soon, while I want the togetherness to happen immediately (oooh)! He has a far away Patience limit, which I need and must to borrow as long this process is concerned!

Guys, I think right now it's really nothing we can do. the fact that it is right or not the info, we will still have to wait for certain.

 

when I talk to James about it, he said " just keep waiting and faith, if it is true then it is awesome, if it's not true then we wont be disappointed too bad" I think he is right.

 

I am sure all of us will get approve one day.

Hello Blessed October Filers!

 

Things are really happening. Many people from May/June Filers called USCIS and they confirmed that they are currently working on September Files. So, the estimate on the web. is 💯% accurate.
