Nah they said that family based visa is the one you really cant do much about, they might be wrong but that is what they said. Hence why we talked about an L-1

I know a K1 from March that expedited the EAD, and I don't know when they exactly got it, but they send the package like the 1st of September and they already have the work permit for what I've heard... so yes, you can expedite and that was like 2 months.

that's good I called around to a few airports to find out how long the immigration process at POE takes,

Miami says give it 5 hours until your next flight ATL says 1 to 1half hour so we went with the POE in ATL :) our interview date is Dec11 and my return flight is Dec19 the moment they say hes approved I'm going to the airport to purchase his returning flight with me :D its exciting !!! I just cant wait !! I'm confused on this whole i134 thoo if any one can answer these let me know,

I'm disabled in a wheelchair I receive SSI idk if I put that as my income or if I cant add ssi because its state funded ?

when it asks me who my dependents are do I add my fiancé and if I do is he partially or wholly dependent on me?

as well as my cosponsor does she add my fiancé as her dependant or is that line only for who she claimed on taxes?

Soooooooo busy anymore, no time to play on VJ :D

We got our SSN in the mail on Thursday.  Noyce!

Family flew in on Friday.  I worked a shift on Friday also, so after work, and some laundry, then to bed for 3 hrs just to get up early to run to the beach and decorate and hang electronics in palm trees for video to be seen by our family in the PH, rush home to get the bride, then back to the beach just as the eastern sky over the beach was showing first light.  Morning sunrise wedding was really a lot of fun!  The wind was so strong, destroyed my hair but Ann stayed gorgeous!  Beach goers stopping to take pictures and wish us well during the ceremony...... taking pictures and giving thumbs up LOL   It was so formally informal at the same time.  Ceremony was about an hour long as we wrote our own vows that took extra time, but the fact of the matter is on 11/11 at 0723EST, we said 'I DO!'

This is the finish line in the truest sense.

Amazing Congrats.

Did you consider picking her up and carrying her into the surf? Hehe.

You guys were up before the crack of dawn to accomplish this.

So happy for you both.

I'm sure the minister went back home to bed. hahaha

Hey everyone!

After our case has been approved on 6 November, the CO told me that my passport will be available to pick up within 5 business days. Friday was a national holiday, so we are still within the window. However, when I log into 'case status' check, I see an admin processing message (see below). I've read elsewhere on VJ that all cases undergo this message before it says 'issued' and it is an automated computer message. But, I can't help but to worry. Please let me know if this has happened to any of you before :)

Have a great day!!!

Don't worry I had my interview the same day as u and after couple hours it changed to administrative process and the next day was issued . So it's normal nothing to worry about .
