Celebrate for 10 days then start calling NVC to get your NVC number.  Get on embassy website and look up their procedures because every embassy is different from the other.  Click on Portals above and find someone ahead of you to give you pointers and tips..... Just be patient with that embassy, they are on their own time schedule there.  In the mean time, get started on police clearances and medical and birth certificate and continuing relationship evidence.

.... then it was silent for about a minute or two. We were waiting for her to ask for supporting documents and she said: Congratulations! You guys are approved. Please wait 1-2 weeks for your visa --- and I didn't here what else she said, I guess I froze and couldn't believe it. LOL

Congratulations to everyone getting approved! Excellent news!! I have my interview on monday and then hopefully my POE November 20th!

We have our visa in hand!!!  She will fly here on 11/14/17.  Our POE will be San Francisco.  We are so happy and want to thank everyone for their guidance and support.   We chose SFO as it was a couple of hundred dollars cheaper than Seattle, and also there a Vietnam consulate there if any issues pop up.

Funny part is I graduated from Bountiful Highschool. My parents actually live in North Salt Lake there. So not only are you in Utah, but right near where several of us are familiar.

We received the same answer from USCIS and was asked to call back in 10 days cause that's when they will update their trackers. I feel you... Hope we get something out of this soon!
