Guys I got my I-130 approval Saturday!! The date that it was sent was March 17, 2018, but it took one week to receive. I am so happy...Finally that big hurdle has come to an end!

I am a USC sponsoring my husband in Italy, consular processing (interview to be in Italy). The website still says that the case was received and does not show that the case was approved, so you may be receiving your approval letters soon before you actually see it online.

I just logged in to the link above and see my case has been sent to NVC!!! The other link "check case status" still only show it has been received so I highly recommend to everyone to create an account here. You might  be surprised at what you see! https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/

AOS approved 7/20/07!!!

Hi everyone! I was checking the new format in the USCIS webpage and made an account, and surprisingly discovered that my case has been approved!

Submitted date: September 21, 2017

Approved: March 20, 2018

Potomac Service Center

USC petitioner

It's not the same webpage where you write your case number. When I enter the https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do it only says that my case was received, but in the other webpage (where you do an account), appeared the approval.

This is the link to make the account: https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/  Maybe you should give it a try :)

Wish you good luck for all of you and that you will be pleasantly surprised as I am right now :)

Hi Alex, thanks for the info, it's really helpful.

Hi all. Hope u all r doing great... Anyone else from early September pd date (TSC) still waiting for NOA2?. I'm really getting depressed now as haven't heard nothing and now tired of seeing the same old msg about case received since last 7 months....dont know what to do at this point but this is really stressing me out.  :(

My PD is 9/5 at TSC and I still haven't heard anything, it's definitely stressing me out! The website still says Case Received, the only thing that keeps me a little calm is hoping the confirmation might be on it's way via regular mail and the website is just taking longer to update. I didn't received my mail confirmation for case Received until almost a month after sending the I-130.

Hi there, I tried to register the account on the website https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/ . However, it gave me an error. Is anyone have this same kind of problem?
