Packet 3 Received : 10/27/14 packet received by petitioner in USA ( beneficiary never received packet 3)

I received another email today saying that    Your Case Status: Card/ Document Production  On August 24, 2018, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number, and will mail it to the address

Eac17319 no transfer other than the message we all got in April that appeared to be a fluke. Will update August spreadsheet in a bit.

Received today the noticr of action most people been getting.  Telling me that the document extends the green card up to 18 months and to discard the old document if it is incorrect.
