They would have told you the reason.

Not always.  I know people who have been denied without a reason.  They are given that same paper that they don't qualify under rule 214(g) or whatever it is called.  That could be a thousand reasons, but they should give people real reasons.  They don't want to do that because they want these people to keep applying and they can turn them down.  It's a good money maker.  Think about the insane amounts of money that these embassies make on these poor suckers.

After paying for the people, processing, etc., I doubt they would be making much at all. They aren't denying people to make money. They are required by law to permit people to re-apply, but it's not recommended to do so unless your circumstances have changed.

I can only go by my experience and the posts I have seen on here, can not imagine it is a money earner.

Again, multiple people have told you that you've not proved sufficiently that you're not going to stay in the U.S. if granted a visitor's visa. If there'd been anything other than that, they'd have told you.

Maybe time to rethink your strategy of visiting, and instead set up Skype or something to visit with your brother, because if you can't add additional evidence that you plan to return to Jamaica, all these attempts to get to the U.S. are probably flagging you as a risk and wasting your money.

Wait some months, and then reapply if you want to try again.

Are you single? Where is the father of the children? Is the visa just for you to visit or are you taking you children? You look young in the profile picture if that's you. That's plays a part also especially if you are single also.

We are probably not getting all the details honestly.

OP, the embassy sees you as a risk of immigrating if given a tourist visa, hence why they deny you.

We can't exactly state why they would deny you when we don't know all the specific details.

There is quite a few good pieces of advice given already.

That's probably the big reason you are young and single. And that coming from many countries is a deal breaker. You have to understand by you applying for a visa you are showing that you can leave your business there goes your strong tie. Either it doesn't function while you are away, others run it or you can run it from the US. Which shows no ties.

Why not send for your brother bring him to see you in Jamaica. Maybe visiting you maybe best for you all.

You have applied now 4 times in all those tries did you submit anything different or you just kept applying hoping for the best? I can't see anything changing.

Also how long did you put on the application as how long you wanted to stay?
