I'm more of a lurker than a poster, but....   Receive Date: 4/5/17 NOA1 Approval: 4/10/17 NOA2 Approval: 8/7/17   Just got it in the mail yesterday!

OMG I just got a notification on my app, we got our NOA2 just now!! It's nearly midnight and I was actually going to sleep but wanted to check something on my iPad and it popped up. So so happy.

Looks like NVC is receiving NOA2's between 8/24 and 8/30 right now. Look forward to seeing everyone update their timelines this week with NOA2 dates/ NVC received dates.

Did you find out through the mail? 

 

RFE means they have looked at your case. Of course anyone would rather an approval, but you can get that sent back and be approved next week! 

 

We are also April 19th but have not heard anything.

2-3 weeks is the normal time from USCIS to NVC. Look at it this way, at least you got clear of the USCIS, the long part is done.

I think the average lately was around 13-15 days, though no guarantee. We got the number on day 15 and it had been created the day before.
