Hi,

Any updates on the I-130 application approvals for the month of October 2016 from California Service Center? Did anybody get approval recently?

Thanks

PD: 10/11/2016

Center: CSC

No approval so far, Someone on Facebook said that they called last week and Tier 2 officer from USCIS told him that they are now processing cases for the month of October-2016. They also said that you should expect something in the mail in next couple of weeks.

Not it sure if this is true but if it is then i think we are next for getting approved.

After asking for case review, we got yesterday  a letter from USCIS, stating that they do their best, but cant tell when csc will adjudicate our petition.

But they said, they will try their best to be as soon as possible, within their capacity :) PD October 2016, means nothing this letter...
