I have submitted an inquiry on November 9,2017 about the delay on my case(it is definitely Outside Normal Processing Time right now) and I got the confimation mail on the same day.

According to USCIS check case status, they sent me back the response on November 23,2017, But I did not get anything by E-mail. Due to this issue, I tried to submit this problem and website said that:

We have located a previously submitted inquiry with confirmation number (SRxxxxxxxxxxCSC) for the same issue. You may not submit a new inquiry at this time. You can expect to receive a response to your previous inquiry within 30 days of the date your inquiry was submitted.

 

Is there anyone with the same experiene?

 

What is ur pd?. And are u from the future? November 2017?

oops, my wrong, we use another calender in our country

u can find it in my timeline, but it s Feb 2016(my case it is not approved yet

Maybe try to contact your congressman's office, i did last Friday, and they submit a Congressional Inquiry for my case, told me to wait and supposed to hear something back from them at this week.

Due to being from Iran, you could be in a longer background check.

Did you hire a lawyer? This is not right !! 

Or did you contact your congressman?  Because your case is pending for more than a year and a half 😱

not yet, but I gonna do those in next few month, after Visa bulletin current same cases, it will be about 2-3 month next

although, Mr Michael2017 seems right

But your case is already current in chart B 😲 My thoughts are with you 😳😳

All of our October 2016 filer cases are current in Chart B, still, USCIS does not move on fast enough.
