Hello everyone :)

I have a question tho, do they need to finish all the left out applications from previous months before they touch ours?? (nov. files)

Thanks and praying hard for all of us.

Nope they skip around but try to get to older cases first. There are lots of workers they just pull several files and work them then go grab another batch.

Someone might have an older file sitting there but gets busy working on another type of case.

It seems that a long wait is inevitable... I am just worried about having a RFE after a long wait: at that stage, does USCIS accept electronic version of any evidence they need in email or something?

Mailing is taking soooo long. Even International Courier took almost 15 days when I submitted the I129F (the main time consumer being the customs of my country and the US's).

Hi Forena,

Yeah they can call it whatever they want.

1st delay when they started DACA 2012-2013 and now we filed Fiancee visas right at the start of the probable end of DACA.

I don't think children of illegals should be punished for the criminal actions of their parents. The reason they are putting them ahead of K-1 is that there may very well be no more DACA after the 20th.

I understand the logic but it doesn't mean I have to like the unintended affect on our I-129F's . This blows no other way to put it.

The other thing that irks me is they lack of transparency just send us all a freaking email to tell us what is really going on but no it's the usual government stonewalling.

Oh well - Heading to Philippines in 31 more days

Aftre checking our case status every day since late November I have just found this thread.  we filed on November 7th.  I guess it might be a while before we get our NOA2 looking at the amazing amount of research you guys have been doing on this.  I had been doing it the old way - looking at all your timelines and hoping one of you would show an NOA2 update from filing at the start of Novembber - which would mean ours might be close behind.  Well that hope has sunk pretty quickly.  Very glad to have found this though.  I guess i can stop checking my case for a while.  And maybe change my plans to fly out at the start of July...

Wow. I was shipping stuff in from Manila and it was getting here in less than 5 days. More like 3, actually. The distances are similar from NZ.

Yeah, the real shipping did not take too much time according to the tracking tool. It was the customs: about four days on each side. Hopefully it was just unlucky last time...
