I just gave them the envelop from US embassy and they sent me to secondary interview room. Waited for about an hour to have my turn and the officer simply told me im good to go and must get married within the next 90 days.

Comments : Philadelphia field office: The Immigration officer who interviewed us was a nice person. Asked the yes & no questions, including date of birth, full name, and country I was born. Where am I currently working, and proof of address with our current address. Recent pics. Asked if there were any instances that we lived apart.

At the end of the interview, he said everything seems good and our relationship seems simple. he will review our case and let us know if he needs more documents. An hour after we left I received a notification from USCIS that my case was updated. Checked it and it says, "card being produced"

Consulate Review: Singapore

Event Description
Review Date : April 22, 2017
Embassy Review : Interview date: 4th April 2017

My interview was scheduled 9.30am so i reached the place at around 9.15. There was quite a lot of people outside the embassy so I was asked to queue up as well. The lady assisting people along the queue asked me to move up front when i showed her I'm applying for k1 visa. It probably took me another 15 mins til they asked me come in and leave all the electronics devices in the security check point. There i walk inside and another lady checked my bag again.

Upon entering the consulate another person asked me what visa am I applying for and told her k1. She gave me a queue number and told me my number would be called in a while so I sat down first. I waited aroung 10mins probably and my number wad called.

Asian guy officer asked me the following:
My birth certificate
Police clearances (Singapore and Philippines)
ROM - Singapore marriage cert (I ordered it under my passport number so i had to re-order a new one)
CENOMAR - he said they have received it from eCensus from the Philippines
Affidavit of support
Tax 2016 of my fiancee
Bank Statements of my fiancee
He checked my files... and suddenly asked for my own bank statements which i didnt prepare cos I have no idea they would look for it.

Then he looked at me and asked few stuff. (basic questions)
What does your fiancee does for work?
How long have you known her?
When was the first time you met?
Then he asked me to sit down again and the consulate will call my name soon.

I waited i think around another 15mins.
Asian lady with a curly hair. She doesnt have any singlish accent at all so im kinda confused with this.
To be honest i was kinda freaking out but i kept my cool. She kinda terrifies me for some reason LOL

Asked me questions again. (She types while the conversation is going)
She asked me to say my oaths first before tho.
She gave me back my birth cert and starts asking questions
What pass are you holding in singapore?
How long have you been staying in singapore?
What do you work as in singapore?
Are you planning to keep your work in singapore when you fly to the US? (i said no)
What is your fiancee's name?
How long have you known her?
which website/app have you met? (she didnt know that site so i have to spell it out for her)
When was the first time you met your fiance?
How many times she visited you?
Do you know what she does for living?
Where does she live?
When do you plan to get married?
What are you plans on getting married?
Have she met any of your family members?
Have you met or talk to any of her family members?

Before I even show her more proof she already laid a paper down in front of me and explained...
I have to give you this because your fiance didnt make it to income level requirement and you are a potential public charge.
I was about to cry in front of her, and asked her if shes willing to see my fiances paystubs
Although my fiance is making enough the ground is, my fiance only started working last January 2016. Her hours was fluctuating during the first few months. She has few thousands in her bank account but probably still insufficient. I tried to make it clear with her the situation of my fiance but I felt like I failed to.

She gave me the form a.k.a form 221g
- new ROM search criteria under my name and not my passport number
- My bank statement

I feel devastated... I realised the reason why she asked if im keeping my work from Singapore to the US is because she believe my fiance is not making much. Sadly im broke haha

Then she looked at me and say
"Valerie, this is not the end of the world. Some people receives this kind of form and its normal She was still saying whole lot more but i can only see her mouth opening & o cant absorb it anymore). All you have to do is send back to us the documents we are asking for and then we will review it again."
Me: Do i need another interview again?
Con: NO this is already your interview
Me: DO WE NEED TO REDO THE PROCESSSS ALL OVER AGAIN?! (I was freaking out and I think she notices it)
CON: (~smiles. and turned her back to get the files behind her - It was like 6inch thick files and looked at me) These are your files. WE HAVE ALL YOUR FILES and you do not need to redo the process all over again. If you need to extend the application since it will expire in JUNE we will extend it for you Valerie okay?
me: about to cry
consulate: Here are the things you need to send back to us. ROM & your bank statement... ORRRRR (she wrote it down with pen) Joint sponsor. Just ask Alex to get a willing family member lets say her dad.. brother or whoever to make new affidavit of support and tax return of 2016.
Me: okay. (I couldnt talk anymore)
CON: So are you clear about it? aright? dont worry okay? just send us back those. SMILES
me: I didnt even say thank you i giggled weirdly and walked away.

Rang my fiance and cried together lol
This process has been very hard for us. We both thought its gonna be easy. But God has plans, and we know its great!

after a week she send me the docs needed. Her grand father is willing to support me. So her Grand father made new set of affidavit of support & 2016 tax return & w2.
Sent back to US Embassy 18th Apr 2017.

VISA APPROVED 21ST APRIL 2017! GOD IS GOOD!

i stepped our embassy around 10.45am.
Over all the experience was great at the same time Iam keeping all those great memories i have experienced with the whole K1 visa process.
coming next up. POE

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
