.Hej guys, I just write to NY congress women, complaining about this situation, Think all of us should do it. Fact is that as USA  citizen we have right to marry whoever we want,   fact is that USCS collected over $150.000 USD from us, seems like our civil rights are being validated and we are not getting what we paid for.So if anyone is afraid retaliation just sit and wait, but if you want something, looks like will have to complain and fight for it. Posible that it will be like throwing a stone in deep well but who knows? Pissed as any of you !

I understand where you are coming from, but I think that's taking it way too far. Yes, we can marry anybody we want. But we are not entitled to bring anybody we want into the US. Immigration is a privilege, not a right. No civil rights are being violated (sic).

It sucks to wait and wait and wait, but there's no evidence that any of us are being treated differently or being wronged. I have faith that they're going as fast as they can go with the resources available to them. Are they understaffed? Definitely. But that does not constitute a violation of our rights. As others have noted, we will go through the process and then this will be past us. It's just a matter of waiting either a couple months or a couple more months.

Well hello, congrats soulstriker on getting your visa yesterday (today).

I saw your post over at the Facebook visa group.

I'm so happy for you both.

Hope you are having luck finding a decent priced ticket.

Sometimes and I repeat sometimes RT can be had for less than one way if they are having a sale.

Jim

thanks jim =)

Ok I know you are all tired of seeing my post here but here is one more before sleepy time.-_-

Update: Hey WAKE UP a BIT of good news here people. It's only Midnight here on West Coast where CSC is located.

First the BAD news:

For cases received by USCIS on 10/28 there were ZERO approvals today. Over the past week there have been Zero approvals for that date.

CSC is stuck at 55 approvals total, 45 RFE's and 32 unworked / unapproved cases from 10/28 :crying:

GOOD NEWS !!! :D

For cases received by USCIS on 10/31 there were SIX approvals today. Over the past 13 days there HAD been only ONE approval for that date.

CSC now has 38 approval, 22 RFE's and 281 unworked / unapproved cases form 10/31

Now for some fuzzy math. They approved 6 case today for cases received on 10/31.

If CSC doubles their out put that would be 12 per day with 281 case left that means it would take about 23 more WORK days

to clear out just the cases received by USCIS on 10/31 plus 22 RFE cases.

The big question is what on earth are they doing at CSC?

We know what they are NOT doing.. I-129F's

Jim

Update for Wednesday January 11th.

For case received on 10/28 there were again ZERO approvals today. No change from yesterday

For cases received on 10/31 there were ZERO approvals today but THREE RFE's

CSC remains at 38 approvals, 35 RFE's and 278 unworked/unapproved cases from 10/31

**correction to last nights number it should say 32 RFE's not 22. There are currently 35 as of today. Typo on my part.**

Even though I'm not all that worried yet, but I am still clutching at every straw. The CSC's processing times have changed again - they jumped a month to August 16, 2016. For early November filers, that could mean about another 2.5 months if the estimate is correct or about 4.5 months total. Hopefully, though, they will speed up again. Keeping my spirits up, even though I just got back from my fiancée's. It's gonna be hard, and any piece of news sent by USCIS would definitely make it easier. Anyway, keeping my fingers crossed for all of us.

I noticed that to. It said August. I'm going to try to see if I-130's for CR-1 are having any more luck.

For CR-1 According to VISA Journey

15 out of 20 CR-1 from September have been NOA 2 average 30 days to approve

7 out of 13 CR-1 from October spousal NOA 2 issued   -average 60 days to approve

and ZERO of 10 for CR-1 in November

Worth noting there is a much longer NVC stage for CR-1 spousal visas.
