She will not get the K1 to marry a 3rd immigrant and bring to the US

it is hard enough to get one for a 1st husband in morocco

and as far as marrying and living there she needs to know the culture

there are many many divorced and widowed women in Morocco

she will be under a lot of scrunity from the women in Morocco / not to be mean but you know the culture and she will be talked about

I don't think she'll get past the CO in Morocco. She may wanna try living with him who knows maybe she'll be there some years and then they split no need to do the K1.

If nothing comes of it she can take it as an adventure  if it does she'll have proof of living with him...

If you can live in moroccos out of wed lock

It sounds like she really need to take some time to focus on herself. Jumping from one relationship to another just because she doesn't want to be alone, is not good and being alone and being lonely are 2 totally different things. You can be in a relationship and still be lonely. Every relationship takes hard work and everything is not going to be perfect, far from it. Reality is not perfection and the newness of a relationship wears off quickly once reality sets in. Love and hard work put into the relationship will help to overcome life's obstacles.

The fact that she doesn't want to be criticized for it sounds like she knows deep down it looks bad and probably isn't a good idea to rush into a 3rd marriage yet is unwilling to really acknowledge that to herself. The biggest critics are ourselves and one of the hardest things to do is having to acknowledge our own mistakes we are making. I hope she can step back and take a really good look from a distance to see the whole picture and see what is best for not only her but her child as well.

I totally see your reasoning on this issue, however reading thru text messages and messages on fb and emails, its very clear that her 2nd marriage was a very selfish marriage on his part. The first marriage the husband already had a visa before they married and went back to his country and a R1 was done. That marriage lasted 4 years. the second marriage is 2 plus years.

When looking at it from another view yes I see that 2 marriage, 2 greencards, but the reality is that both marriages were indeed bonafide. Im sure if its brought up she will present the emails and messages between her and husband number 2. I really hate seeing her have to suffer with all of this ####### cause she did everything in both marriages only to be hurt. Shes not the kind of woman that likes to play games

In your best opinions, should she just try and face what comes next?

Okay well if you see from reading her texts that her last 2 marriages were selfish than maybe you should advise your friend to take time and get to know the next guy. Many of us struggle to get one loved one here....and okay sometimes a second but 3??? What do you think this looks like to immigration? These visas aren't made to test out your relationship and in a few months or years move on to another guy to bring here. If I were her I would take extra special time before brining someone else here or even applying. Also just so your friend knows I am almost positive immigration will put their relationship through the ringer IF they even approve her.

I appreciate all your advice. I have spoken with her and yes she only likes foreign men unfortunately. She has had a very difficult life, first marriage at 40. Unfortunately, she fell into 2 relationships where hubby # 1 when and saw another woman and she was married for years with him, and hubby #2 was selfish and would never put into the home only sent money to his family and bought things for himself. He would say things that a husband shouldnt say to the woman he supposedly loved. She has a good career here and she is quite capable of providing.

Selling or renting the home she has now would be good, however she has her mother and child still here, so that is not an option at this moment. Yes she could join but she feels like she cant handle criticism right now because of her situation. Honestly she is an amazing woman, out going, charitable, hard working, loving, compassionate, just she picked men that thought marriage was a game. Despite the hurt they gave her she is still in contact with them and they make better friends rather than in a relationship.

Thank you all who answered, she is aware of the red flags and expects that but knowing her she will make this happen, she will fight and fight hard. I just want to see her happy and I truly believe that this time will be the last time she has to find someone who loves her more now than before.

If she can't handle the criticism from strangers on the internet, she needs to SLOW DOWN. She should get some counselling and try to make herself happy instead of looking for a man to make her happy. That is what she's doing.

My mom has been married 4 times and in 5 very serious relationships. After the 3rd marriage failed she decided to be single for a long time to figure out what was wrong with HER and learn to make herself happy. She started going to church and eventually became a minister. She went to counselling and read self help books. She finally started looking after herself again. Self esteem is exactly that, esteem of yourself. No one can give it to you. You have to create it. No one goes through your life but you. You have to make it happy, no matter if you are alone, or with someone else. You can share happiness with others though but its so much easier when you're already happy!

Occasionally she talks to me about my step-dad not wanting her to do this or that, and she tells him where to go and how to get there. Sure their life is together, but she respects her opinions and her happiness as much as his. They both decided to collaborate instead of compromising. That way it's a win-win situation and no one gives up something that's important. She doesn't ask him to give up what's important to him, and she demands that respect in turn.

From an immigration standpoint, she has a lot of red flags. If she has to look after a child, maybe she should finish raising this child before giving them another stepparent.

You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose.  - Dr. Seuss

She needs to step back and get some counseling. There is something about her that makes her fall too hard too fast that she

can't see any red flags in the guys she is interested in. She needs to be good at observing these men's patterns and behaviours

instead of being in love lala land.
I also don't get why she was talking to another man from Morocco online during her marriage to #1.
She seems to move on to another man as a 'soothing the emotions' kind of thing when the one she happens to

be with shows his true colors.

To keep dating the same type of looser men (even though she insists the latest one is different) and all from the same country

seems to convey that she has somewhat of a desire to "fix" whatever went wrong with the first one.

From an immigration standpoint this would almost be impossible.
I join the chorus of the rest of the posters to move over there and live with him for a while or date locally.
A K1 is too weak to do, a CR1 would be a bit stronger but with her history no guarantee.
What will she do if they are in AP for a year or longer and then denied ?
Just because her face is glowing when she speaks of him doesn't mean a thing.
He could be just a douche bag as the other two.
She needs to improve her people skills to know who is good for her and to see early on what someone's intentions are.
There are always signs but when you are blindly in love you will not see them or acknowledge them.

She needs to take time and evaluate herself and really be sure of what she wants. It seems like she's in love with the idea of marriage. It would be a flag as it seems she is doing business arrangements. You should advise her to take it very slow and i it's meant to be then it will work out.

Just to clarify, no both husbands were from different countries.

To the respondents, thank you. She is aware that waiting will or may help in her case. Sometimes we have to bite into the bad apples to find the sweetest ones. We all have made our mistakes and we all get up and dust ourselves off and try again. Love does not come with an instruction book so we learn thru trial and error. She really is a good person, with good intentions, but the guys just had other agendas. She will take the positiveness of this topic and move forward in her journey. Im sure she will get thru this slowly but surely.

Thank you all, now its time for me to work on my timeline and my journey.
