For the Dominicans when you park outside they tell you oh you can go staple the pic to the D260 and if you do not have it they will charge you $1,000 pesos. I printed anyway but, at the end they did not ask me for that paper or the pictures because I had sent it already.

Just in case you have been devorice and you sent them the paper before just take a copy just in case. Thank God NVC had sent it if not I think they would have changed my interview.

You have continuing issue /disease/abnormality that need to be evaluated upon arrival...

I'm really not sure what they are reffering to as they said everything was fine at the medical. I'll have to contact the embassy.

I'm really not sure what they are reffering to as they said everything was fine at the medical. I'll have to contact the embassy.

You have any medical issue at present… I am not talking communicable but something that need attention. I think someone posted on the other thread recently. After taking TB test shot their 7 year old kid was tested positive but the chest x-ray cleared him. At POE officer requested her to take the child nearest hospital within 30 days and report to someone. They just want to the kid to get medical attention.

After taking TB test shot their 7 year old kid was tested positive but the chest x-ray cleared him. At POE officer requested her to take the child nearest hospital within 30 days and report to someone. They just want to the kid to get medical attention.

The only thing I can think of is that I have regular ear check ups from a problem as a child. I brought a letter from my doctor stating there was no infection/disease and it wasn't communicable. Thanks anyway.

Thank you for the tips!

Did you need to bring any original documents that you previously sent the USCIS or NVC? We were going to bring copies of everything (Birth certificates, marriage certificate, my divorce certificate, my tax transcripts, copies of the AOS and the 260 confirmation) along with our evidence (photos, bank statements, plane tickets, etc). Do we need to secure new original certified copies, or is regular copies okay? Am I missing anything specific Santo Domingo Consulate wants for IR-1/CR-1??

Hey Dwheels, Something weird just happened now. I already have my interview scheduled on January 20th and I have received P4 letter from NVC a week ago. Now today I just got email from NVC regarding my Police Clearance Certificate which I had send in IV package. Have you seen checklist after interview is scheduled and P4 letter is received? What do I do now.

I am going to call them right now and see If i can request them to allow me to bring another police clearance to interview.
