Thank you much!!! :) I just wanted to make sure, I'm a little obsessive when it comes to legal/Immigration forms and letters.. lol So basically is just asking for the P4 letter... I will have my hubby take everything else just in case, DS-260 and 261, Birth Certificate/Marriage Certificate.. I only have a copy of the divorce papers they have the original..

Passport , Passport photographs, DS260 confirmation page, photo copy of all the civil documents you submitted plus copy of I-864. If you have any update go with updated I-864.

After security check at the consulate support staff will give you a sheet with instruction for all documents. You need to put them in order to present it to the verifying officer.

This question was posted by another member but I didn't see an answer:

We have our P4 with interview date and time for Ciudad Juarez, Mexico.

My husband lives in Mexico City and wants to do Biometrics there.

When we go to the usvisa info website to schedule biometrics in Mexico City, it says our case cannot be found.

IF anyone has information, help, advice or anything to add to this topic I would greatly appreciate it.

I don't know how usvisatraveldocs for mexico is designed.. but for most of them you just manually create a profile.. select schedule appointment ..then input all the information.. even case number and ds260 confirmation number.. then you select a consulate for biometrics

For my marriage certificate it says F; F >> NVC did not request this document

what should I do about this? I know I included it and I also did not receive a checklist

It doesn't effect visa approval.. They already have all the information in the system ( I believe NVC already done it, may be consulate verify/correct it according to the documents you submitted to NVC) ... since missing I-864 & I-864A , you need to submit all with original signatures.. they will take it.. I am not sure if they review at the spot or after the interview

my friend faced the same... missing AOS and asked her to bring it for the interview...her interview was at 8:30 but she waited until 12 to face the Consular officer. I believe the delay was due to the time they reviewed her new I-864. But she said it was due unavailability of translator.

For my marriage certificate it says F; F >> NVC did not request this document

what should I do about this? I know I included it and I also did not receive a checklist

You should take a certified copy to consulate ... NVC mistake ...

You don't need DS-260 .. just need the confirmation page for interview.. also for interview you need to submit sealed DS-260 confirmation page (at biometrics they will put seal on ds-260 confirmation page) .. keeping 2 copies is absolutely safe.. from mumbai consulate experiences if you made sufficient for 2013 they will not ask for job letter or pay stubs... Wedding album depends on the consular officer.. if you have straight forward case then supporting documents to provde bonafide marriage will not be asked... below is the order you need to arrange for the verifying officer

  1. Interview letter
  2. DS-260 confirmation page (sealed) with passport photos
  3. Marriage certificate (copy if you already submitted original)
  4. Birth Certificate (copy if you already submitted original)
  5. PCC (copy if you already submitted original)
  6. I-864 ((copy if you already submitted original, if you have any update I-864 with original signature)

all the rest depends on the consular officer and your case

This is probably diff for all consulates cause biometrics in Cuba won't be taken to the day of the interview as far as I know..
