Hello everyone, I filed for expedite service for my I-130 process and is being processed. they told me i will hear from them within -45 days. Today makes the 80th day of my expedite service and i still haven't heard anything from them. i let your know that im living my my husband here in his country and i do expedite because i get sick and they find that i have cancer in my ovary
What can i do to get my process done with. Has anyone been in this situation before? do i get dined? Any information is a help thank you.

contact your Senator's office and ask them to inquire about your expedite. I would think if the expedite was approved, they would have already approved it and sent it to the NVC. Beware : The backlog at NVC is horrible. People are sending 4-5 months getting processed there. If your expedite is approved at the USCIS, you will have to request another one at the NVC. The expedites do not carry over

you need to call NVC every day, if you don't call they not pay attention your expedite,,hope everything ok your husband keep praying and trust God everything fine your husband situation, God bless you

You have been advised to get you a-s -s back to the US for treatment and let the visa take it's course. You and your husband have been posting for at least a month now. It you die your husband will not be coming to the US which seems to be more important than your life.

but

If'n you are not talking with an ISO, a Tier 2 Human, at the USCIS call center, you are

wasting yer time on this expedite thing.

So, get a telephone account, even basic VOIP circuit, from your favorite provider (or use the free one with Google Voice)

and talk with a human, via telephone,

planning for an all day event on USA Central-Standard Time-Zone.

Because expedite means fast, and you are going slow. If you are approved for expedite, you get approval in a few days. You have been waiting 85 days, which means it was denied.
