As per our relationship is concerned I have alot of proof phone calls, emails, chats, skype anr facetime calls, presents by him also we share a diary that we exchanged everytime whoever visited from his family.

You already have NOA-1, as you said. You and your fiance just wait USCIS adjudicating your I-129F. If they think you are not meet the requirement, they will send you letter intent of deny. If you can passed it and got approved, the next big thing you have to get through is the US embassy in Pakistan. They are well known on VJ is one of toughest US embassies. You HAVE to well prepared.

Of course you can still have a chance apply for B-2 visa while you are waiting for I-129F approval. Someone here got approved for B-2 visa while her K-1 visa was still pending. You are just need to show your NOA-1 during the interview, the reason why your fiance can't travel to your country, and a proof that you will coming back after visiting your fiance in the US. There is always a possibility for everything. You'll never knew how it worked until you tried even though you have to spend a lot money to get the experience. Good luck!

OK, so the OP is the beneficiary and it is the petitioner that can not travel. That was not stated in the original post, and I for one was confused.

Yes, you as the beneficiary NEED to exhaust all possible avenues you can to travel to meet him. Even if you get denied, you will be showing that you, on your end, tried everything legal to meet in person. The letter from his doctor, and maybe a letter from a second opinion doctor, will help state his case.

No guarantees because, especially since you are a doctor, one could construe that he is trying to buy a live-in nanny/doctor.

Maybe you already stated, how do you regularly communicate?

Me and my fiance were engaged through parents back in 2004. We were too young to accept the relationship we never talked till 2010 and now we talk 24/7 and are in Love, unfortunately I could never meet my fiance because of his medical issues he cannot travel at all as he is suffering from Chronic Renal Failure and needs everyday 12 hours dialysis. If he traveled he would die sad.png we have proof of online conversations, facetimes, pictures taken through webcam, presents he sent me on different occasions but not even a single picture together though I have few pictures with his family as his mother came multiple times.

Is this issue gonna affect our case? We already submitted a waiver from his doctor with the I129F application?

Also I am a Doctor recently graduated and pursuing my career in States, does any of the listed things can affect our case?

Thank You so much...

You should apply for B1/B2 visa again. In interview you can show your NOA for k1 visas and medical documents of your fiancée. You can say to consular officer that purpose of your visit is only to meet your fiancée as you have never met him and it might pose a problem for getting you K1 visa. There is nothing to lose in trying. Its a win win situation. If you get B1/b2 visa then you can visit him and there won't be any problem you getting k1 visa later on and if you don't get b1/b2 visa then it will be a plus point in getting waiver for K1 visas.

Thank you so much everyone for the tremendous response though it made me extremely sad but it's okay. My fiance is on peritoneal dialysis set up at home and it is done everyday for 12 hours like I mentioned earlier. Noway I can apply for visitor visa now as we have already filled a petition for k1 and received noa1 but all I can do now is wait and see what happens still I'm hoping for the best. I need prayers and good wishes. I was too busy with medical school past few years couldn't think how difficult it would be for me and now I guess my marriage is an impossible thing sad.png I'm not hiding anything as per fiances medical condition he is on transplant list but waiting for years sad.png idk wish me luck

Are you by chance a match for a kidney donation? Because that would probably help your case quite a bit.

3/2/18  E-filed N-400 under 5 year rule

3/26/18 Biometrics

7/2019-12/2019 (Yes, 16- 21 months) Estimated time to interview MSP office.

Could you two meet in a third country that would allow you in but might be a much shorter plane ride for him? I've known peritoneal dialysis patients who have traveled to Mexico and Canada, even gone on cruises. You can get CCPD cycling machines that would easily fit into a carry-on these days. Even if you do get your waiver approved, meeting in person will bolster your overall chances of getting the visa approved.

Has a waiver been submitted?

In that case it is a done deal, you can only wait and see.
