The only thing I am worried about is that I met my new girl freind and we want to get married before to apply to live together in US,, we don't know what to do to cancel the previous petition?????????????

what can we do??

well, you know the receipt #. I suggest you send in an email to USCIS after you are married,

telling USCIS that you are no longer able to follow a K-1 with that petitioner, as you've married someone else.

Ask USCIS that the casefile be closed, tell them you are no longer eligible with that petitioner.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

I knew the reason the person cared is because they wanted to become the beneficiary of a new I-129F. I was going to say I bet that's the case, but I thought it was mean...

Helloo and i am very sorry about that. why not both of you save some funds and have a nice morrocan traditional beautiful as they are wedding party there in morocco and get out of the whole I-129f thing. just a I-130 and get home to your wife. every american bride has a good wedding planned, but trust me if she only saw how much lovelier they are in Morocco and her dresses will never be as royal as the ones in Morocco. not trying to put down any of your plans, but the I-130 will toss out the I-129f anyways and you dont have to worry so much about the pain of the last person.

Wow so true...you called it ! I was wondering why the author was so concerned about cancelling when all you have to do is ignore the process and it will take care of itself. Good call. No offense author, you just didn't state the whole case.

You can't do anything. It's up to her to cancel the petition. She has 86 days to reply to the RFE. If she doesn't, it will be denied. If she does reply then you can then let the embassy know you're not proceeding.

Also, be prepared to wait a LONG time for you to come to the US with your "new GF". You will have a hard time proving neither relationship is/was fraud. You are from a high-fraud country and your relationships overlap.

I see why you are so worried about the timing now. But I agree.she has about 3 months to respond, which she probably won't, so it will be cancelled. Then, like others have already stated, you may have a problem filing with a new girlfriend. Especially so close together.

You are from a high fraud country and it will be difficult for you to prove that you aren't with these women just to travel to the US.
