Most ppl would pay it so the expedite process would then become as long as the regular wait so in the end it wouldn't be worth it. But if I was guaranteed the expedite would approve it in 1 - 2 weeks I would def pay!

It is a little unfair that businesses can pay to expedite, but we can't.

$500 would definitely pay for the Adjudicator to actually be in the office for one day…

Isn't the government about making more money. But you know they would charge expedite at USCIS, than NVC than oh u want a faster interview pay up.

Makes you wonder why petitions going to NBC getting approved 60 days or less. It can be done why they don't I don't know.

If it takes by their (USCIS) own testimony 20 minutes to adjudicate a petition than that's 3 an hour. Surely they can crack that whip a little harder and faster. Hmmm

Okay heck I paid to expedite my passport and my Nigerian Visa. I can pay $100 to expedite a petition.

I would definitely pay and Expedite Fee. I have had that discussion with my fiance a few times. The more you pay, the quicker the process, otherwise just wait the normal processing times. They could make more money and more couples could be reunited much sooner.

I can only assume most would pay it and then it wouldn't make things go much faster and then of course there is AP and RFE's. If you expedited only to get an RFE or be thrown in AP you would probably be pretty annoyed- especially if you paid a lot!

I can always make more money. I can never replace the time I am losing with my wife! I would pay what ever it took took. The only limitation would be the type of payment they would accept.
