Event Description

Embassy Review : Had a 7:45 AM schedule and arrive there 7:30 AM. The lady check our Appointment Schedule and told us to go to the waiting area and wait for our names to be called. After about 15 mins of waiting my name was called and the gentleman led us to a room where he told us to sit and asked for our passport(mine and daughter), my husband's ID and my Work Authorization/Advance Parole Card. He then started to ask just basic questions like Name, Birthdate, Address, POE, Date of Entry to US. He also asked the YES or NO questions from the AOS form. After that he told us that we were Approved and if we would like to check our status online later that day he said it will be updated by then already. He also discuss to us about the Removal of Conditions and finally he told us to expect the green card in 2 weeks. The Interview just took 15 minutes the most.

Overall, the experience is GREAT! The people in the facility are all nice and professional from the Guards/Security to the Officer who interviewed us.
Harassment Level : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
