Coming here on a K1 visa, means you have 90 days to marry your fiancé and only her. The visa will expire, and you will need to return to your country should she not marry you. It sounds like she has already made up her mind about getting married, so only you and your fiancé can decide before your k1 visa expires.

Yes, a visa can be cancelled (or the person be refused admission to the USA despite having a valid visa). It is very unlikely that it will, but the possibility is there.

a visa can be cancelled, sure.

If the petitioner asks for it? absolutely.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

The different senrios for this situation are:

1) Petitioner requests to the USCIS that the Visa be revoked.

2) Beneficiary does not come to the USA before the expiration date printed on visa. Visa is now invalid

3) Beneficiary comes to the USA, visa is used and no longer valid, receives I-94 and does not marry the petitioner before the I-94 expires and must leave the US.

4) Beneficiary comes to USA before the visa's expiration date, beneficiary and petitioner get married before the I-94 expires. They file for AOS and continue their lives together.

Too bad you went thru all the time and expense for something other than senrio #4 and took the USCIS' time that could have been used for someone elses case.

Sorry for that, is very sad that after 1 year in AP , she want cancel, this is horrible, i dont undestand that humans thing.

It is sad that a relationship is ending, but people break off engagements all the time. I'm sure that both people will be better off and be able to find true love elsewhere.

Yes the visa can be cancelled once approved. She's mentioned the right people for her to contact as well. The reason for her cancellation isn't really relevant and they will likely not ask her for the reason but if she says she believes you committed fraud then of course that will put a red flag in your file for the next time you file.

So that means, there is no way one can asked for the visa to be cancelled if it doesn't expire and both did not get married, right??

This sentence doesn't make sense but I'll try and answer anyway.

Yes the visa can be cancelled. You might be able to board the plane with it if you have it (but that's fraud of course if you KNOW it's cancelled) but when you get to the border there will be a note on the immigration system saying it's cancelled and they'll put you back on a plane to leave.

If you came here using the visa and they let you in but you did not marry the petitioner, you would be here illegally after 90 days from your entry (the visa is voided once you use it). You cannot stay in the US any other way on a K1 visa except by marrying your petitioner and filing the appropriate paperwork.
