How will a judge over there know... Specially I throw some money at him

Do you really think an Argentinian judge is going to give you full custody and allow you to remove the child from the country after you deceive your wife into giving up her green card? You are essentially asking the judge to terminate her parental rights because she will not be able to go to the US to be with her child.

Do you think an Argentinian judge would favor a deceptive US citizen husband over a deceived Argentinian wife?

In addition, you want to bribe a judge. What if you get an honest judge? Are you prepared for prison in a foreign country for bribing a judge?

That's really horrible that you have no thought to your daughter growing up without her mother.

But then again, I think this is either anger speaking, and you will talk all this nonsense and then do nothing, or you are, in fact, a troll.

The judge will know what you did when your wife tells the court what you did.

If you sneak your daughter back to the US, your wife will probably file a kidnapping charges in Argentina and the US because you took the child to another country without her permission. International kidnapping by a parent is a crime.

I know many here want to give a lot of lectures or say "go see a lawyer or let her be and do it legally", but you are not in my shoe. Plus, I don't want to take any chances, so please give feedback on how to perfect my plan, and where i am making mistakes. Thank you

I know you feel like you are up against a wall but my advice to "perfect your plan" is to man up and end things the right way if thats where the relationship is. Think about your child man, mistake or not. Don't make anyone else pay for the fact that you were as you stated "an idiot".

There should be an indepth warning BEFORE any U.S. citizen sponsors anyone. I know my crazy soon to be ex had to take a one day seminar about spousal abuse and probably the many ways they can drive thier husband crazy enough to divorce them and then the file for support under the I-864 which is a contract made in hell. They sell you the form telling you that its to verify your income and that you are responsible BUT they DON'T tell you that you can be responsible for your immigrating spouse EVEN after a divorce for up to 10 years and there is NO WAY OUT OF IT that I have seen.

Yes they DO tell you divorce doesn't cancel it. It's there in the instructions.

Looks like people need to read the instructions more carefully.

; Don't continue this ridiculous plan as it sounds like a very stupid and immature plan.

File for divorce if you are SURE you don't want to spend your life time together with this woman. Do everything in legal way and don't play mean games since there are kids involved.

These kids can't help their parents are irresponsible and don't take responsibilities for their actions.

One last tip:

Next time, don't think with your wurm, think with your brains

you wanna what?? ugh. I guess maybe its these kind of situations that make people frown on Fiance/Marriage Visas..and i dont mean just the people applying...they in-turn have to listen to their friends and family that hear about the negetivity involved. Of course you couldnt have known going in that she would turn into a loon but....geesh. I wouldnt go out of your way to make things worse than what they are. If she doesnt possess a rational mind, hire an attorney for you and one for her. Take the high road man. Its too bad your marriage didnt last..hopefully you'll both be at peace with whatever decisions are made involving your child.
