After reading this post, and the OP's admitted motives for his relationship, and all the examples of immature behaivior, I seriously doubt we're getting an accurate portrayal of the real problem and it's very likely the wife's anger is justified likely to some other childish behaivior that could be going on in other areas of thier lives... Sounds like there still is some major issues with maturity on at least one side of this relationship...

I doubt we'll hear from the OP Again...

He's either a real troll or he was expecting advise on how to devise a stupid plan of dumping his wife and Kidnap his Child from VJ, thinking he ought to be able to convince us that his motives are genuine and hes the innocent victim..

Good going VJ'rs for not falling for the OP's garbage... I guess he didnt realize that VJ is made up of honest people, and not a bunch of Jerry Springer fans looking to help someone perpetrate a ridculous and stupid plan...

Most of us here at VJ wants to bring a loved one in from overseas and want to live a happy life. It takes some good efforts to have a good marriage that works out, especially when it involves culture differences.

To the OP, I say if you can't work it out, then get over it. Be a man, do NOT take advantage of the green card issue as a bargaining chip or threatening tool. The US laws specifically prohibits it! If she entered the marriage just for the green card that's one thing. But if that is not the case, then get her a green card then divorce her is the right thing to do. Be a gentleman to others, and you will be a gentleman to yourself. If you make her life miserable it will only make your own life miserable as well.

Maybe the OP has to exam himself whether he really did stare at other woman's breasts for too long, or did something that really irritated her, consciously or unconsciously. What would you think if your woman stares at other men all the time or make comments on other men's bodies and all that? Most women are more sensitive than men.

Sounds like you need a box.

There should be an indepth warning BEFORE any U.S. citizen sponsors anyone. I know my crazy soon to be ex had to take a one day seminar about spousal abuse and probably the many ways they can drive thier husband crazy enough to divorce them and then the file for support under the I-864 which is a contract made in hell. They sell you the form telling you that its to verify your income and that you are responsible BUT they DON'T tell you that you can be responsible for your immigrating spouse EVEN after a divorce for up to 10 years and there is NO WAY OUT OF IT that I have seen.

If you read the instructions carefully, you will know that. You will also know that it's for '40 quarters of work' which can add up to 10 years, but if the beneficiary doesn't work consistently through, doesn't naturalize, die, or leave...you theoretically might never get out from under the 1864. It's not 'up to 10 years'

(unless something's changed recently that I don't know about, others pls feel free to correct)

I think if the OP actually knew anything about Latinas in general perhaps he would not have the problems he's had...

First of all, most Latinas are posessive of their men (in varying degrees). You need to understand their upbringing and family attitudes. They were raised to be loyal to their men with very strong family values. BUT - most Latinas (and I know more than a few) have been cheated on or abused by their Latin boyfriends / husbands, etc... I am not putting down the Latino male species, just that without exception my fiance and ALL of her friends and acquaintces have has these experiences with their Latin mates. So - this in general makes Latinas more suspicious of their men and more possessive. They simply don't want any more pain or disappointments.

This information needs to be pinned, si man -- very correctly and accurately stated.

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

Say what you will, but pulling out is better than giving a full sperm blast inside, no? Anything can happen, and kids happen. Why don't you just tell the OP not to have sex? :bonk:

Why are you saying you had the baby by "accident"? How come you want to take custody of the baby yourself? Don't you think the mother has any rights on her child? I mean she carried the baby inside of her all of those months gave birth to the child and she is her mother. You need to grow up and be a real man and realize the world does not revolve solely around you. I think you two need marriage counseling and help forming a common ground. You obviously went into this marriage for the wrong reasons and you did not even think twice about it. As another person mentioned previously you need to learn the culture of your mate first before you marry them and know that issues will come up in ALL marriages. Why are you trying to just end everything without compromising? You need to sit down together and discuss things not go "behind her" back on here and talk about how bad she is and how you want to take your child and leave her alone in her country. This is the wrong thing to do and you need to be more realistic here. First off forget about the "sending her back" and take a look at the whole picture here. There are two sides to every story and I wish I could hear hers. Who is to say you are innocent here and she is guilty. You are trying to get us to help you come up with a super plan to get rid of her and we have no idea if she is even the one doing wrong here. So, look up a local marriage counselor in the phonebook and get the help you and your family need. If that does not work then just file for a divorce and then legally obtain "joint" custody of your child that you call an "accident". I feel sorry for that child! May God help you all because you need it so much!

Allah[swt] says: “You may have someone in your mind, someone in your heart, someone in your dreams, someone in your life, but I am your someone when you have no one"He[swt] reminds us saying "O Prophet! Allah is sufficient for you and for the believers who follow you." [[Qur'an:8:4]] So when you slip and fall, remind yourself of Ar-Rahman Ar-Rahim, the One whose always there, just waiting for your Call!
