WOW. If you and her are with in the initial 90 days her visa is only good until that date. If you don't get married she will be required to leave the country.

I'm not really sure why you would be incompatible when she arrived here, but maybe take some counseling or something before you get into a situation where you she leaves and then things cool and you have go through this process all over and get more hassles due to why she left etc...

Deportation will occur ( unless she has family or friends here ) as her visa will expire after 90 days.

Unlike a used car, people do not come with a money-back guarantee. It's therefore wise to establish whether or not a couple is compatible before getting engaged and filing for a fiance visa.

I feel sorry for that woman who just gave up everything at her home country to travel thousands of miles to a foreign continent to marry the love of her life, only to find out she's not as good as your petitioning husband bargained for.

I think you missed the part where she disappeared.

For anyone to assume whats happening in this situation based solely off the information posted is a travesty to all parties involved.

We don't know his side, we dont know her side.

What we do know:

There is a problem

People scam other people

People mistreat other people

People sometimes rush things

These are all we know... which applies is hard to say

So, not filed any AOS, you've not married yet, right ?

Suggest you send a letter to:

1. USCIS local office

2. USCIS / Fraud Prevention Unit - pick one close to you.

3. US Consulate / Fraud Prevention Unit where she was interviewed

4. Port of Entry / Customs and Border Patrol where she first came into the USA

In the letter, reference:

1. She's vanished, no intention of marrying with you

2. Passport #

3. Visa #

4. Your intent to not marry with her.

FWIW, if this was an 'arranged marriage' then you really need to have your parents contact her parents, immediately, inquire for what's going on. Seriously. You might have 'got it wrong' - maybe.

Good Luck !

hmmm I FOUND HER NOT COMPATIBLE,you should know her better before petitioning her,and also you should consider everything that she gave up just to be with you.If you also knw that bringing her here and deporting her will ruined her immigration record for the rest of her life.POOR GIRL COMING OVER HERE WITHOUT KNOWING YOU BETTER TOO.

In all fairness to the OP, his post consisted of five very brief sentences, and the responses have bounced off both extreme ends of the spectrum.

We have no way of knowing how well he did or did not know his fiancee. If he didn't know her well at all, that should not be an automatic condemnation of him. Many traditional marriages in Pakistan are arranged by the parents, and we have no moral basis to pass judgment on this practice. On the other hand, he may have thought he knew her extremely well, but was in fact duped by her for the purpose of obtaining an immigration benefit. It happens a lot to people who've known their fiancee for years. Some girls are very good actresses.

We also have no way of knowing why she ran away. Did she just play him to get into the US? We don't know. Was the marriage arranged, and she panicked after arriving in the US? We don't know.

The one thing we do know is the answer to the OP's question. He can report her to CBP, USCIS, ICE, DoS, or any other government agency he wishes. Whether they decide to do anything is entirely up to them. He cannot "get her deported". This is out of his hands. For all we know, when she ran away it was straight to the airport and back to Pakistan.

I think Darnell hit this right on the head. Sounds like an arranged marriage. Most of them aren't that aquainted with each other.

The OP just wants to know what to do.
