I am in shock! There is hope after all!

Me and my fiance had jumped the gun early on wedding plans (i know, I know, we shouldn't have until we have the visa but we gave ourselves a year of time). Yesterday we FaceTime'd and I discussed with him the idea of the cr1 and even though it's not the most desirable choice, its the most logical one. And we decided thats probably the best choice since we won't get our NOA2 until July. On my way home from work I checked my USCIS account and nothing had changed. I got home and was chatting with my grandmother since she is dogsitting for me while I go on vacation with my fiance. She asked me what time I was getting there and I went to check my e-mails...

I discovered this?!?!?!?! Just under 6 months?!?!?!?!?! What a miracle. I am STILL in shock. I am just speechless!!! Even two hours later...

What did you do to celebrate? :)

Congrats!! :)

We couldn't celebrate it together bcus we are 9,875 miles apart.. :D I remember it was Monday morning for him, and Monday night for me, he texted and tried to call me like crazy to tell me that we got approved, but I was away from my phone...after almost an hour, I checked my phone and called him back right away, and we cried together over the phone.. happy tears! It was the best news we heard since NOA1 :dancing:

I need help please.

sending in my letter of intent to marry, some advice I ''wet sign'' it while others say ''use original signature''

am the beneficiary and can only get this letter across to my fiancé to submit through email. to do this, I need to type, print, sign and scan the letter and email it. that's having a SCANNED SIGNATURE.

My fiancé will she have to write hers with ink or type and print it out?

what do u have to advice please.... cos its an RFE we are responding to.

You should type it, print it and sign it. I don't know if they are accepting scanned signatures. I signed mine and sent it with regular mail to my fiance and he sent it in with our application.

You'll probably have more luck of getting better answers if you create your own thread instead of writing your question in someone else's thread.
