  1. Holding valid, full validity e-passports with an electronic chip who are traveling for business, pleasure or transit for less than 90 days. Visa-free travel does not include those who plan to study, work or remain in the United States for more than 90 days; are not ineligible to receive a visa under U.S. visa law. Travelers who have been arrested, even if the arrest did not result in a criminal conviction, those with criminal records, (the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act does not apply to U.S. visa law), certain serious communicable illnesses, those who have been refused admission into, or have been deported from, the United States, or have previously overstayed on the VWP are not eligible to travel visa free under the Visa Waiver Program https://uk.usembassy.gov/visas/visa-waiver-program/non-immigrant-visa-waiver-program-vwp/:
  2. I think is is unlikely she will get a B with that history but that is the only option to visit.
  3. She is not eligible to use the VWP, she needs to apply for a B visa. VWP require a return ticket, well onward travel is OK.
  4. The way you describe it is that she has been referred to Immigration Court, what is the basis of their Asylum Claim? Now most asylum claims are rejected so adjusting through Marriage may be the best route, maybe her only route. And yes you would file the I 130 and maybe the I 485 with it but that depends where she is in her Asylum proceedings.
  5. The K3 does not really matter but it will for the DS260, so he should assemble everything he can, never a good idea to have a case expunged in these circumstance but too late now.

So she was provided a reason. Is this the same extensive immediate family that you have, yet you are here.

A good job she would be silly to give up, it is not usually one thing but the totality of the situation.
  8. Ethiopia and seems OP has just arrived in the US. As has been said by others it is all down to her to apply.

She would have been told why she was denied they would have given her a piece of paper citing the relevant clause of the INA.
  10. He did not keep any of the documentation relating to the original proceedings? Did he use a Lawyer, would they have something?

Sounds a normal interview. You mean your mother applied and you helped I assume. What is a mother-in-title? And what would you be calling about?
  12. They will not charge below freezing and discharge below 15?f. Not an issue if you are say in the UK. Now where I am it is currently 19f and we are in a warm spell for this time of year, lots of snow melt. The BMS will prevent any harm to the battery and you can buy them with heat pads so more an issue of energy loss if you operate them in very cold areas depending on the level of insulation etc etc. But then diesel can freeze here. I saw this and if I could get one for what the Dealers are offering I would jump at it. But then I looked up what they would offer for my car as a trade in and it was peanuts.
  13. I thought this was quite interesting, short version LiFePO4 batteries going down to $56 a KW. Now they are heavier but do not burst into flames and have a longer number of cycles. You seem them more in stationary systems connected to PV systems. If you had a small car, which say needed 40kw for a decent range that would weigh about 800lbs for the pack I think and cost just over $2000. You can buy them now in the standard battery sizes, makes more sense to have car packs standardised. I have seen warranties for 7000 cycles down to 80% so if you charged once a day that would be 20 years, now of course they are likely to last more charges before they get to 80% and even then you still have 80%. The foics needs to move from the high end market.
  14. I think you are making a big mistake of you try and justify the last 4 ish years. Be grateful they did not approve your case without an interview.
  15. Yes Or amend the current filing Some prefer a fresh application, I have no view.
  16. You have 2 choices to remove conditions 1. On the basis of being in a marital union, what they are asking for as that was the basis you applied. 2. With a Divorce waiver. There is no option for your current situation
