  1. He is sponsoring both of them so 2 plus him plus anyone else.
  2. It is a long and soon to be more expensive process. What if you have an emergency and need to go home?
  3. You have to specify one to start off but you can change it of course should they move elsewhere or even go back to Russia.
  4. A few weeks back I had been on a Costco run, and I guess was complaining how much I spent and the person I was talking to said I should go over the Food Bank, now most of the spend was not food but.. Seems there are no checks or anything, just turn up. Operates out of the Senior Center here. From what I can gather with Medicaid the problem is the reimbursement rates so can be difficult to get a Doctor sorted. Other than that is seems much better than Medicaid. I think tax credits depend on how much tax you pay which presumably will relate to their Pensions.
  5. If you assume everything you do not want them to know and nothing you do you cannot go too far wrong
  6. You just need a clearly approvable joint sponsor.
  7. You have to choose which route you take, with a GC they can enroll in Medicare after 5 years. This is not Burger King. I know that HP comes with a benefit package, I never looked into the details but obviously you have to be on it to benefit from it. I have seen people use HP for medical trips, I assumed they get access to Medicaid. I assume HP will come to an end one way or another. So my first thought is what the long term plan is.
  8. https://www.uscis.gov/forms/filing-guidance/how-to-make-an-expedite-request Clear USCIS error. Not every circumstance that fits in one of these categories will result in expedited processing. For more information, see USCIS Policy Manual, Volume 1, Part A, Public Services, Chapter 5, Requests to Expedite Applications or Petitions [1 USCIS-PM A.5]. Not sure I have seen a case where there has been a clear error and it has not been expedited.
  9. Pro Tip Very difficult to make more than general responses to questions where only partial information is provided. Obviously the situation is very different where USCIS has made the error, expedite is available.
  10. Different categories different benefits Up to them which route they go and obviously benefits change so what may be applicable now may not continue. If they decide to go for a GC then you can use a Joint Sponsor.
  11. Most unusual for Documents to be looked at and how do they show strong ties when you have an immigrant visa in process?
  12. Entrepreneur covers many things, I could use it along with influencer etc. Seems money is an issue. And of course E2 depends on Country.
  13. Those timelines are looking backwards. Which Country was your sister born in. How old are her children US Citizens can sponsor married children not Green Card holders,
  14. It would make me VERY suspicious. As it has never been reported as happening, well not something I would be worried about. I had to go into the localish Courthouse, now I needed to go to the Clerks office but still had to go through very impressive security for reasons that escape me, not TSA fully armed Sheriff Deputies who looked ex Green Beret, they had no interest in the paperwork, why would they? Now I have heard of Cocaine soaked paper products but how much does this envelope weigh?
  15. I remember as a kid when we went to Spain being told to only drink bottled water and never take ice as that was made with tap water. Mind you there are places around here where I would not drink the well water. There are many ways around the issue now, long distance cyclists come through here in the summer and sometimes their water sources can be very dubious, but they can treat.
  16. Looking at trends could be a lot longer and of course what the fees will be in the second half of this Century, well who knows? Just sitting waiting for now.
