  1. This is a DIY site but you can obviously afford to pay a Lawyer if you wish, that is really a personal choice. It is not that difficult. Having said that is you prefer a Lawyer I would never dissuade someone from using one, just make sure they are competent.
  2. Mother can go an see the child whenever she wants. No one is going to believe this would be anything other than a one way trip.
  3. Sort of similar to Muslims marrying in the UK
  4. That is true on the UK but I have noticed that a lot of RC Countries have a 2 stage process You can of course be too married for a K1 but not enough for a CR1
  5. Reminds me of one of the ESPN Football commentators (Scottish) who had naturalised and was going to Liverpool to cover a game, last minute he realise his US Passport had expired so he travelled on his British one. Much studio discussion about how he was going to come back. So he turns up at the Airport presumably Manchester and they would not board him, no US Passport and no ESTA for his British Passport. He applied for ESTA and was approved, so flys out on the next flight and gets to US and explains that yes he is a US Citizen etc etc and they let him in without issue. I thought it was interesting as it showed how little the ESTA system knows. IF the guy at the PoE recognised him I do not know.
  6. Tunisia I tend to think of lots of quality time spent together. I also agree with the above.
  7. They seem to be taking 11 months ish
  8. A warning is something you het if they decide not to prosecute. What was the worst you could have served?
  9. I was back before then, I had hoped for an earlier interview and things at that time dragged on. Not that I think it makes any difference.
  10. Long engagement? Not compatible with her situation.
  11. Probably looking at AP longer than normal, certainly complicates matters.
  12. It is not specifically stated but is heavily implied.
  13. That does not follow but was the Judge aware of her status?
  14. Did her Lawyer know there were Immigration issues?
  15. You should never expunge, I assume she was not guilty and will need to shoe 5 years good moral character.
  16. Take everything better to have it an not need it
  17. She needs to apply today
  18. Not now but she will soon, how long will it take her to get one?
  19. Naturalisation? This sounds more like a vasectomy Anyway theoretically they don't look at the marriage but in practice they can and sometimes do, so I would prepare on that basis. Plenty of people on here have gone through the process in this situation, also do not understand the Birth Certificate issue.
  20. Negative, just pointing out the obvious that wanting a specific answer without providing detailed information is not going to work. We just end up guessing, I have seen certain common issues but I have no idea which one if any would apply here.
  21. I doubt it will be an issue May delay matters whilst they check everything I would not
  22. Hopefully the OP will clarify
