  1. You have been through the interview before, the same way you did previously
  2. You supply them with what they ask for, they say jump, you ask how high.
  3. Pretty much all Iranians end up in the black hole of AP for obvious reasons.
  4. You are the only one bit I would mention that USCIS operates on much longer time lines.
  5. Cuba Could be challenging It is not far
  6. A guardian also can not sponsor a child.
  7. It would be very unusual for London to go into much detail, there is no requirement to have a big wedding, and not even sure how many people you have told would come up. A lot of the other things you mentioned would be unusual as you are living on different Continents.
  8. Good to have a back up plan.
  9. I think DCF enquiries for Canada are handled through Mexico, you have a couple of issues you would have to pull the current I 130, have a valid reason to go DCF and also hope that they will approve DCF with a prior I 130.
  10. Nothing to do with you, well except as a negative. They do ask about his job, I did not think they asked about his income? When will you be able to travel?
  11. I forget what it was I had a similar issue and reloaded the same document and they cleared it.
  12. Of course you can visit your wife. As I understand it crew who do not get off a ship do not require a US Visa or work authorisation.
  13. Reply with what the Cat mentioned. Was your signature obscured?
  14. I would think the former, a Passport does not confer citizenship.
  15. C/D is not a work visa, think of it as a limited B, I would always get a B rather than a C/D. There may be more limitations but C?D only allows you to transfer ar join you ship. No adjustments. A B allows you to so much much more but no work.
