    I think it is someone at USCIS having a laugh. I seriously doubt the I 130 will take 10 years but as I said not that important in the bigger picture.

    Does it matter? I 130s seem to take about 11 months but with a F3 there is no rush so may take longer. 20 years seems more reasonable.

I have been looking at PV systems and OK not quite directly comparable but the prices I am seeing start at 30c a watt. A basic Tesla battery would be big enough to back up at least 2 houses, made me wonder of they will become a time when they are stripped for their batteries?

    I 130 When approved I 601a Go home for the interview and come back with an immigrant visa.. Not exactly unusual, seen this loads of times. Assuming the overstay is the only issue.

    For June next year I would have filed 6 months ago. Agree with the others CR1 is much better.

    This is a DIY site but you can obviously afford to pay a Lawyer if you wish, that is really a personal choice. It is not that difficult. Having said that is you prefer a Lawyer I would never dissuade someone from using one, just make sure they are competent.
