    Once you are eligible for Citizenship then getting it should be quick. I remember when I was thinking of moving to the US a friend had brought his wife from India to the UK in about a month, and he could have paid for an quicker service. Silly me assumed the US would be the same. We know the Border is broken, deliberately. And the Tsar has had a major hand in it.

    No But even if I was what would be the chance be of me handling this case, if filed at USCIS? I do know if I had raised this I would have started with the Hospital, Police involvement etc. Not she does not want to go home.

    Nobody is going to know how their case would have proceeded is they had waited for the RFE, 99% of people just have one case. I like keeping things simple so would send it in straight away.

    I know there are Facebook groups the specialise in this. Anyway we know she has not been here that long and my advise would be to stay well out of this, you can not know her that well, and you certainly cant know the dynamics of their relationship.

    I would advise you to stay clear of what seems a complicated of short relationship. There is no way you can know what is going on, it seems you have been told a few things but there is always two sides to every story.
