  1. Most DCFs seem to be regular salaried positions. They do not have to be.
  2. You have to go to the interview first. This is something your Lawyer will sort out.
  3. Lots of ####### Lawyers out there, if you use a Lawyer use one familiar with family immigration.
  4. Not sure God has much input with USCIS.
  5. Have you appointed a Lawyer to prepare the waiver?

  8. First we need to ascertain if the beneficiary intends to take up residency
  9. Well I was guessing Jim’s reaction will you be on today? Actually not sure there is one today
  10. Too late for that the case died when they married I did see someone try and argue that divorcing brought them back in but do not think that worked
  11. I have been amusing myself with all the recent stories of EU, US, UK putting tariffs on Chinese EVs. etc Do they not want to save the planet?
  12. They are listed on the Visa Bulletin
  13. OK I have been out of touch but taking this into account they deserve each other. I remember watching Hacking and someone came on his show from Nigeria complaining that he was profiling Nigerian cases with the obvious questions. The comments section was alive with references to past callers and of course in the following weeks there were some good examples. A lot of his case involve - I said I was married and they refused my tourist visa but I was not and now I want a CR1.
  14. Did you notice the Gift Card had a QR code for $50 off? Now most of the stuff I buy has a fairly obvious pricing structure, this seems very different where the MSRP and what you could pay are very fungible. I bought some Skechers shoes from their on line store, with some sort of big introductory discount and same sort of thing, OK online you have a big choice in styles and widths and types but they sell them in Costco for not a lot if you are not bothered by that, bought some Golf Shoes and I was not that bothered about the style etc and found them for a lot less than the official store on closeout. The actual cost of production must be pennies on the dollar.
  15. You will have time to develop the relationship and obviously all I know is what you have written but it does not read very well, how did you get involved with her, sounds like the plot from An Officer and a Gentleman.
